Tried Val’s BBQ for the first time and it did not disappoint! The charcoal chicken is legit juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the difference that comes from being grilled over real charcoal. We ordered the full chicken meal, and it came with rice, fresh salad, hummus, and garlic sauce. The garlic sauce alone is worth the trip!

Never come here if you’re not willing to wait 1hr for you’re food. Came in at 3:05 and they told me it will take 25 minutes. I had to wait till 4:30 and food was not done yet. I wonder how and why they are running this place. You can check the photo. It’s only 1 box. Never coming back
The service at the place is not good and that's petting it lightly. I know friends of mine who went there on other occasions and ran into the same situation. Food was pretty decent but, i wouldn't go back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Val’s BBQ was absolutely terrible. We ordered the Standard Mix Platter, which they claim can feed 5-6 people, but it was laughably small—barely enough for one person. The skewers were tiny, dry, and completely unappetizing, nothing like the photos they advertise. To add insult to injury, they placed a single pita bread on top of the platter, clearly trying to hide the nonexistent meat portions.
We waited over 1.5 hours for the food, and during that time, there was no service. No napkins were provided, and after waiting 15 minutes, I had to get them myself. We even had to grab our own drinks from a fridge tucked awkwardly in the back, requiring us to squeeze through a tiny gap.
The worst part? Paying over $80 for this mess is an absolute crime. When I asked a worker about the portion sizes, he admitted that the “large skewers” shown in their ads count as two skewers. What a complete joke! I went with three friends, and all of us agreed we’ll never return. Save your money and your time—this place is a disaster.

The food is out of this world. Better than any middle eastern restaurant in canada. This is coming from someone from mississauga. The owner has nailed it when it comes to food. Yet when it comes to service it's the worst. He himself is a very nice person. Yet he cannot run a restaurant for the life of it. An honest suggestion for him, hire a restaurant manager. Let him take over the operations. You Cook brother. You are amazing at being a cook and teaching new employees. The wait time easily is one of the worst of any restaurant as well. You wait 2 hours inside when you have already called before hand. I gained new found respect for my patience dealing with this restaurant. All the best to him but he should not be managing a restaurant.

This restaurant always seems to have a problem with timing. They're service is very slow, and they take forever!!! Their 5 min wait is atleast 15-20 mins.
