Their prices are great, their food is delicious, and their cleanliness is on point, with a clean kitchen.
Furthermore, they offer free tea (Not overreacting, but their tea is some of the best tea I've ever tried); they are very welcoming and well-mannered.
However, the place is small with no seating, but the space is enough to order.
Overall, it's an amazing place for Middle Eastern food, with great owners/employees, a clean place, amazing free tea, and their place is halal.

Great place to go, it is very small and I can't get my wheelchair in BUT I knock on the window, and rhey come to the door to help me, when they are not busy and weather permitting they go outside and chat with you, they also have free tea for customers or any one wanting a bit of a hot drink. Usually I'm greeted with a smile and a how are you, some nights it's busy and if I just want tea, I knock on the window, and make the motion of me drinking, and I get a mini cuppa tea. There is no tables but it's well worth the price of the food. And it's halal

Good food. Menu on Google maps misleading. It says $12 for quarter chicken but I was asked to pay $15+tax. Also, Phone number on Google maps incorrect. Overall, the original south london branch food and service are much better.

The store is closed when it’s supposed to be open, this is extremely inconvenient and it happens all the time it’s a Friday night and I don’t understand why the restaurant would be closed? I don’t even know why I wanna be a customer anymore. waste of time and annoying. fix your google times so people don’t waste time !:)
Excellent wraps. They are only open late night which is great for after an evening out, but a shame they aren't open for lunch or dinner time. Good size for the price and always a friendly service. They seem to sell out of beef kabab fairly often, but both the beef and the tandoori chicken are excellent.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Val’s BBQ was absolutely terrible. We ordered the Standard Mix Platter, which they claim can feed 5-6 people, but it was laughably small—barely enough for one person. The skewers were tiny, dry, and completely unappetizing, nothing like the photos they advertise. To add insult to injury, they placed a single pita bread on top of the platter, clearly trying to hide the nonexistent meat portions. We waited over 1.5 hours for the food, and during that time, there was no service. No napkins were provided, and after waiting 15 minutes, I had to get them myself. We even had to grab our own drinks from a fridge tucked awkwardly in the back, requiring us to squeeze through a tiny gap. The worst part? Paying over $80 for this mess is an absolute crime. When I asked a worker about the portion sizes, he admitted that the “large skewers” shown in their ads count as two skewers. What a complete joke! I went with three friends, and all of us agreed we’ll never return. Save your money and your time—this place is a disaster.
