Ordered a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza and a spinach dip. this is what we get. Don’t know who would actually allow this to leave the kitchen, but it is what it is I guess. Wouldn’t recommend at all. The pizza is beyond burnt and just. Ugh. The spinach dip is like a wallpaper plaster. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Tonight we enjoyed the most delicious pizzas. There are none finer in London in our opinion. We had a create your own and a veg out. They really were good and so fast!! Wow. Thank you Veloce, we will definitely be back soon.

Omg!!! It’s FINALLY here! For all those who have lived in Windsor for ant period of time understand the soul crushing experience that once you leave the borders of Windsor, any decent “Windsor style” pizza disappears with those signs for Windsor in your rear view mirror along the 401. It is notably the first thing previous Windsor residents will ask someone they meet hoping that person found a suitable replacement for Windsor pizza to no avail. NOT ANYMORE. not only is the staff freaking awesome but the food portions are amazing and downright mouthwatering. But to see Windsor style pizza on their menu made my mouth drop. Finally someone has opened a chain and have brought true Windsor style pizza to London. Switch and you’ll never go back. Not to mention the value for price is unbeatable. So do yourself a favour and ditch pizza pizza and the like and spend your hard earned money on what will become your forever obsession. I can’t wait to let my clients know! And their location makes it completely feasible to drive over from st Thomas or from the various ends of London. And truly their staff can’t be beat. Looking forward to having Norah Bear Creations create a unique tip jar as a thank you for bringing this blessing finally to London. Now we just need arancini balls added to the menu!

Finally! Fantastic authentic Windsor style pizza available again in London! Great staff, atmosphere for eat in. We are from Windsor and appreciate that we no longer have to fill our freezer with Windsor bought pizza!Thank you very much!

Not sure what was happening tonight but we ordered take out and it took 45 minutes. They only had two tables to tend too and I kept hearing the server apologizing considering they were bringing out one meal/plate at a time. Giving them a 3 star for their quality of food yet we ordered ravioli, margarita pizza and a spaghetti and meatballs. And they made them all one at a time, my ravioli was made first and put into the heater. My boyfriend pizza was burnt which had to be remade, then they forget to do his spaghetti and meatballs, which was the last thing they made. Thanks for the free salad.

Good place for Italian food only complaint if you sell pizzas why close so early pizza is a late night food especially with skip the dishes. Don't understand places who close so early

We stumbled upon this restaurant while staying in London for a few days. What a great experience we had. The food was delicious with generous proportions. I had the 12" California pizza and my husband had the seafood linguine! Both meals were great PLUS we received free bread too. So many restaurants charge now for bread :( We had eaten out elsewhere the night before and my husband had ordered the same meal and the portion was half the size he got at Veloce - and NO bread. My salad came without dressing which was a minor mishap which was taken care of right away. I loved the dressing so much that I asked if they sell it (but they don't) and so the server included a small container of the dressing in my 'doggy bag'. Great service, great food, nice atmosphere. What else can you ask for!!! Thank you Veloce, from your new patrons from Windsor, ON.

Veloce is a great Italian restaurant. They serve pizzas, pastas, salads, and appetizers. The ingredients are fresh, and delicious. As well, they use an oven, imported from Italy. Take out and dine in a cozy atmosphere.

I placed an order via Skip the dishes. When the ordered arrived it was correct - the wrong pasta was sent. I called the restaurant and they apologized and informed me the wrong pasta was keyed in when the skip order came through. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do. I would either have to reorder (re-pay delivery) and/or request my money back from skip. Neither of these solutions seemed fitting so I asked to speak with a manager. I got the pleasure of speaking with Steve. Steve got on the phone and very sternly informed me that it’s not their fault or responsibility, nothing can be done and I need to just accept this. As you can imagine I was frustrated because how is an employee of Veloce keying in the wrong pasta order not “their fault” or responsibility - I asked Steve this and he claimed that was being aggressive and hung up on me. I have never ever had a poorer customer experience than I just had dealing with Steve. If you order from Veloce hope they don’t get your order wrong or it will somehow be your fault because as Steve says “it’s not his or the restaurant’s fault or responsibility to make it right.”
