Horrible experience trying to get into the building, waited 30 minutes right next to the door and we were never let in, even as the door man asked for tickers amd never even checked if they had tickets, just let people through. Pathetic

The place is really pretty, the service is fairly nice. The food wasn't that good, was lukewarm, and the portions were small. The drinks were okay, and the quantity was small as well. However, I went to an event where I paid a ticket in advance. The tickets didn't say anything about additional fees. I was charged a "mandatory service fee." I felt scammed as a customer since there was no information in advance about any other fees.I write on ig with the establishment, and they were quite condescending, telling us, "You can't expect to not tip our servers." But I was never asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I was requested to pay a mandatory service fee.I find this really deceiving, especially when the "owner" is calling it tip, but the server is calling it mandatory and even stipulating a set amount for me to pay.I don't blame the servers. They were most likely just doing as they were told.I do not recommend this place.

im actually disapointed and very irritated! I went for the prepaid brunch where I paid $38. I got the coupon where you get 2 drinks and a meal. we came and the atmosphere was good the drinks ok. the food was ok but little portions. i got angry cause now we are leaving and the waitress tells us we MANDATORY have to pay 6 dollars for service fee? she then said 6 dollars each. I am very UNPROFESSIONAL for what was the pount in us paying before we entered tge establishment. plus why is it mandatory and was not stated when buying the ticket. I dont like going to places and feeling scammed would not reccomend

Got a booth, had two bottles at the table, total amounted to $800, was not worth it. The music wasn’t great, and my guests were charged way more than what was told they were going to be charged for with no correction. Went another night to hopefully redeem my expectations, they charged $25 for entry.. crazy.Response to owner reply to my previous review:For your information, this is not a fake review, it is all true and I did not waste any time writing these reviews. Thank you very much for your concern.I am using my gmail that doesn't use my full name for confidentiality. Your response to my criticism shows me that you do not care for your clients nor do you care about the problems we incur while at your club. I, in fact, did come to your establishment to celebrate my birthday during December 2023. The total was unexpected, over-priced, and was not worth the time or money. For the night I came to this place to redeem my expectations, it was the night of February 10th of this year and we all ended up leaving your establishment instead.Due to my experiences with your club and your response to my previous review, I will not be interacting with your business in the near future and I will also be informing others about your ways of business.. Have yourself an AMAZING day.

came here this past saturday and would definitely go back! food was good and the service was awesome! our waitress was so friendly & helpful & recommended 2 drinks for us to try that we ended up loving :) thanks Sheila!!
They gave us a table then later told us that they were giving it away and move us to a spot where it’s basically in the middle of people’s way. Well that was an experience that I would never expect from a bar/club. That was extremely weird service. Friends mentioned that they are not coming back. What a waste of our time and money.
