This is the third time we have been to Vic's this year. We like to support local and thought each time the food would be better. Wrong. I am not sure what these other people were eating but from our perspective the food is terrible. The staff is wonderful.Please charge a little moew and go back to the way it used to be.
Nice to see a buffet breakfast in the post-covid era! Great selection!
The bacon was overcooked, the sausages under cooked. The eggs were awesome, and they also had an omelette station. Pastries were good, and a great selection of fruits, cereals and yogurts.
Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
$17.99 for the full buffet, all you eat.

Excellent lamb sliders, Cesar salad, and fish n chips! Very impressed for a hotel restaurant. If I lived here I would come back in a heart beat! Can’t wait to try breakfast today too.
Delicious food! What a pleasant surprise. Great wings, great salads, sandwiches, burgers, soups… haven’t hand anything bad off their menu yet!

For a restaurant that's part of a hotel the food and service here would have you fooled into thinking it wasn't. The food portions were large and the dishes were excellent. Very tasty. The service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. It was a pleasant surprise to have such an excellent restaurant right in my very own hotel. The vegetables were fresh. The Caesar salad was amazing and rich. Also the pasta was excellent fresh. The Reuben sandwich was great.

I got to enjoy a lunchtime meeting here on a friday.
It was a quiet environment with a lot of ability to talk without disruption or interruption.
The location is well set up and would be a good place to hold a small group lunch or a larger team meal.
I would recommend this venue for families or business teams that are looking to eat good food and be able to hold a conversation.
I have been to other locations in London that have very bad acoustics and I find it very hard to talk about business over the noise level. At Vic's the acoustics are good.
Try it. I will be back in the future. I may try dinner next time.

We come here for the salads. They are generous size and reasonable price. The lounge is so beautiful, relaxed and the service is top notch. High class meal for a regular price.

Brought family of 5 adults for brunch buffet. We have never laughed so much at the lowest quality of food there in years. Undercooked bacon. Dense and gross sausage. Little pancakes were like powdered concrete. No scramble eggs for 15 minutes then they came out as minced up soup. Never again

Buffet food was mostly very stale or hard. (Sausage, potato, bacon, pancakes, etc). Omelet was fresh and good, canned fruit was good. Only one drink option at the buffet?

Normally go there a few times a week and get great service in the bentley lounge. This morning Sat Feb 17th i went at 10am and there was only 1 table there. The waitress brought the menu and it ends there. I waited at least 15 mins and no service. Another table came in they got their coffees and were attended to. NOT nice. I walked out.I think in this day and age it’s important to train staff properly so that $$$ doesn’t walk out the door.
