I think villa madina is not that kind of shawarma shop which it was used to be. Very bad food. Seems like they buy ready made stuff and put them in a small box and give it to you. Chicken was smelly, pickles were only saulty, I'm not even sure if their Chicken is even Halal. Please confirm before buying anything. Soda was warm and only sweet water. Very disappointed. Just wasted $45...

Food sucks! Omg I ordered beef shawarma with 2 salads. Salads are not fresh and the beef I don’t know what that is, but I could not taste the meat and it looks like rubber soles of a shoe. Will never ever going back here. I was very disappointed. The ladies that serve us were really nice though.

Absolutely disgusting. I was served 3 days old reheated food and dried out burnt chicken and when I asked for fresh food the manager argued with me causing a scene so I asked for my money and he slammed it on the counter. Learn how to run a business and understand food safety.

I was at the food court last week and chose Villa Marina as I love chicken shawarma. I ordered a plate and cost over $15. The chicken was all fat and the tabbouleh was very dark and not fresh. I took it back and was told could not do anything until manager returns. Manager returned and refused to refund my money. He offered to give me something else. I walked away and got something else. What happened to customer service? I wouldn’t recommend eating from here.
