The breakfast menu already taken down . Not mad at that . Just unsetting to hear no lenienty or options or attempts to do something .
Corp should know that your breackfast menu is not going to be succesfull ...if your employee dont want or care for it to be successfull ... still will use otger locations just not this one .

We ordered delivery. The taco salad had no sour cream, chips or salsa, so a $12 salad was just lettuce and chili. Also the burger snd fries were cold and there were no spoons included for the Frosties. But they did give us 4 dipping sauces for one kid's nugget meal 🙄
When I called the store they very rudely told me that I should 'go talk to the delivery company' although it wasn't the driver's fault they neglected to include all of the ingredients. Terrible experience.

Absolutely sucked. I ordered a normal chicken burger with no tomato, got a spicy one with tomato. The workers absolutely smashed up my other burgers and tried to give me small drinks when I ordered medium combos. As well, burgers were very cold.

I went to this Wendy’s as it’s the closest location to where I live and I knew going to this location there is someone I had brief interactions with that worked there. This employee is named Chris. I didn’t think it would be an issue because everyone should just be civil in life. But my boyfriend and I went to the location and went through the drive through where Chris was the one taking orders. When we got up to the window he refused to be civil and didn’t say a word just handed us the debit machine. After we payed he walked away from the window and then we both noticed there were two girls (his coworkers) who kept looking/ staring at us. The one who was packing the order kept side eyeing us. We both felt very uncomfortable and found this was very rude and shouldn’t happen even if Chris doesn’t like use. I do believe Chris should be retrained on his costumer service skills and at this point we will not be going back to this location because Chris can’t put his differences aside. I highly suggest Chris improves on his character as this experience was discussing.

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location during my recent visit. One of the employees, Mary, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. When I accidentally selected a beverage that was unavailable, she responded with an unnecessarily hostile attitude instead of calmly explaining the situation. She then accused my friend of ordering three lemonades, even though only two were ordered. Her tone was confrontational and she refused to listen, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
I also observed Mary displaying the same negative behavior toward other customers. Her attitude was impatient, rude, and not reflective of the customer service standards I expect from Wendy’s.
To be fair, the other staff members were polite and the food was satisfactory. However, Mary’s behavior significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service is an essential part of any dining visit.

Mary is a terrible worker, She had attitude as soon as I walked in there, her employees are embarrassed because of her rudeness and actions, she swore at me for getting water and had a fit when I asked for a water cup, My finger accidently pressed the fanta, and she was staring and saw that, the fanta was unavailable, i quickly tried to pour water and she was havin a fit about where i got the cup from

I came to Wendy’s about 10 times around 8 30 am for their breakfast deal 2 for 4 and each time I go there they are never opened and their breakfast ends at 10 am, the issue here is the store only opens at 10 am so how is anyone supposed to get their breakfast from Wendy’s anymore. I am very disgusted and will never be coming or even thinking about having Wendy’s. I even went thru the drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes each time and nobody is alive in restaurant.
