Sucks they're getting brigaded by delivery drivers bringing down their review score though. I've been in places with drivers lined up six deep all trying to get attention from the poor workers behind the counter. Standing in front of the soda fountain or in the way of the bathroom. I can definitely understand them wanting to get that out of their dining room. These restaurants are going to need to start building extra infrastructure just for delivery. My man down here complaining about standing out in 26c weather calling it inhumane. Come on.

Ordered through UBER eats, got no napkins or spoons with my frosty that wasn't even stirred, all the fruit was at the bottom. If that's protocol then please make it make sense to me.

I've come here multiple times around 12am and I'll always order with extra ketchup and mayonnaise because the first time I came I felt like they put a lot less compared to other locations and they have never added extra. there is so little ketchup on the burger even when I add extra. I'm just leaving this review as a heads up to pay attention to modifications cause of the 7 times ive come to this location they have not once. And it's really frustrating getting a burger with barely any ketchup when youve selected extra whist ordering. I wasn't sure if the staff don't care or just don't pay attention but considering this happened 7 times it looks like they dont care or management has told them not to. This Wendy's has 2.9 stars based off 129 reviews whilst others in the cities have 3.9-4 based off 1k+ reviews so that speaks for itself. Staff are kind but please try to pay attention to modifications.

I am delivery driver with Uber. Went there to pickup the order, manager told me to stand outside and pick from the side window. It is a 26 degree sunny day and asking someone to stand outside in heat, this is not humanity. Don't know what kind of people are at Wendy's. Would never recommend to go if you prefer humanity and generosity as values
My go-to Wendy's drive-thru if I need a bite after dropping the wife off at work. The construction nearby can be off-putting, but the location is perfect if you're on Wellington heading towards downtown, thanks to the placement of turning lanes.
