It's mostly my fault for not checking the bag but I just ordered a single combo with Coke and a taco salad. Didn't get the burger OR fries. Still, I paid for the whole order. Would have been nice to get the whole order.

This Wendy’s is amazing! It’s brand new design is beautiful and the restaurant is kept clean. Food is always delicious. They make sure they put a good amount of toppings on the burgers and they always taste fresh.My only complaint would be that the washrooms need more maintenance. Last time I was there there was no toilet paper, I asked for some and the girl did refill it for me. But when I got in there it was just so gross and after washing my hands there was no paper towel.It’s disappointing to see all these delivery drivers giving poor ratings when they are not even customers. The delivery window was probably designed to be more convenient for drivers and customers alike because you have a designated spot where workers will already know ur delivery and it’s easier to get back to your car not having to go all the way inside and talk to someone. This is Canada, dress warm for the winter! Plus there is not enough space inside to accommodate a bunch of drivers standing around AND customers during rush hours.Point being, stop giving bad reviews when ur not eating or paying for the food. If you don’t like it, stop taking order from there or wait for the order to actually be done before going up to the restaurant.

I recently ordered from Windy restaurant and was disappointed with their policy of keeping delivery drivers outside in the cold to pick up orders. It's concerning how little regard they seem to have for the well-being of those who are helping facilitate their business. I hope they reconsider their approach to ensure both customer satisfaction and the welfare of delivery drivers.

This Wendy's location not deserve even one star. So Worst food and employee on drive thru not at all hygiene. Be aware if you buy food from drive thru.I hope I can write better for them., but I see they are so rude with delivery driver who stand for 15 minutes in - 15 and doing arguments with them. I think for this location delivery driver not human.I hope I make video and post it to Wendy's head office.

The service takes too long, and the burgers are burnt once and a while, although the lines are short it takes 2 people to take 1 persons order, and a 3 person line can take over 10 minutes to have their order taken, and the kiosks only use credit so unless you have a credit card you can forget about that. Please fix those issues and I'll update my review, thanks.

Worst place ever. I’m a delivery driver, and they made wait outside in the cold for about 15 minutes. And when one of the staff members had the delivery in their hand she didn’t even hand it to me. Instead she was talking to other staff members and made me wait 2 more minutes outside. On the top of everything, she handed me the delivery really disrespectfully and rudely. Costumers can go inside to get their orders but delivery drivers are not, they say it’s their company policy.

This is the second time I've ordered something and got ripped off. Ordered a double burger and they gave me a single also said no tomato and they put tomato on it, then the second time I ordered a meal with a baked potato with sour cream and chives and they only gave me a baked potato. Please check your orders people. I've only been to this location 4 times and 2 out of those 4 orders they've messed up. They need to be more organized and prepared at this location.
