Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a Vanillia ice coffee, spicy chicken was okay the lady making my Vaillia ice coffee forgot to put vanilla syrup in my coffee I can tell when vanillia is applied in my Ice coffee ☕️ absolutely terrible 😞

Service was good, and you can get a nice hot and budget friendly meal before work. It's close to the downtown area, which is both good and bad. Homeless people might come in and bother you while eating.

Ordered off doordash 2 5pc chicken strips this is the 2nd time I’ve offered and received not 5 chicken strips how hard is it to count?

Received 4 in the one 3 in the other with the plum stuck in it. if I wanted 3 I’d pay for the 3pc..

Last time i ordered received 3 and a half how do you manage that? Do your jobs correctly.

Spoke to the lady on the phone let her know at 3am she said no problem like thanks girl maybe do your job right??

This place accepts way too many orders than they can handle. Especially on Saturday nights it becomes so overcrowded that the order wait times can be over an hour. Sometimes orders get placed, but never get fulfilled. The management doesn't seem to care at all about limiting or controlling the number of orders or people in the waiting area. Very disappointing experience!

Absolutely terrible manager that works at the drive through, he refused to help me with information on my order (which I have been waiting on for an hour now), didn’t tell me how I can contact someone else about it, and later hung up on my face.

Also found out soon later that a manager (possibly the same one) was yelling at my uber driver waiting for the pick-up. Quick reminder, he’s been waiting for an hour now. This is the last time I order from this branch, and probably Wendy’s altogether.

Customer service? What's that? I understand I'm in the wrong for asking for a large ice water with my purchase but I had no idea only this restaurant has a policy against giving out a large ice water wuth a purchase. Do you also charge for forks and by the square of toilet paper? Totally ridiculous. I took my business to Mcdonalds instead where I can get 5 ice waters without a purchase but this time I decided to make a purchase at Mcdonalds as well.
