Just ordered 2 baconators and a Wednesday meal thru the drive thru. Not sure who the hell is working in the kitchen but there was a dime sized spot of ketchup and mayo on the baconators. Had to wait to eat until I arrived home to eat so I could put my own toppings on the burgers. Would give a zero if possible as this is completely unacceptable considering how much they cost, and having to wait to eat.

Was trying to place my order and kept getting cut off trying to get me to pay. Asked just for medium fries and got a whole medium combo. Felt totally rushed and the person at cash was getting annoyed at me since I wanted so many things customized on my sandwich but I wanted it how I like it you know? The person on cash was the manager and I know it was because I used to be one and wore the same stuff. That made me really disheartened. Wont be coming back.

Seriously Lacking customer service. There was a lady working there who was extremely rude. When passing food out. And getting orders wrong all night I waited for 20 minutes in line as they corrected 3 peoples orders.
Edit: 6 years later... only a slight change but whoever promoted Franz to manager is nuts. He has no customer service skills and is very rude and ignores customers for a long time before serving.
Handled the lunch rush with no issues.
