I have always loved Wendy's their customer service seems to be excellent 👌 no matter which place I go to. The feeling of being welcomed and loved goes a long way. I always leave more full, and more happy.

I cannot say enough positive about this location. Twice every summer I bring my Karate Camp Students on a walk to Wendy’s and treat them to $1 Frosty’s. Today 26 of us were served our sweet treats with a smile and extremely quick service. We had one of the students sadly drop their ice cream and the associate working was more than happy to replace it. We sat out side under the nice shaded tree and enjoyed our Frosty before heading back. Thank you to the staff for being so wonderful to us every summer.

Waited 10+ minutes in drive through only for broken tap or poorly trained and over worked women doesn't know how to operate it and take orders at the same time

Always under staffed and left to wait long times to recieve food. Rose the manager is rude and dismissive to not only the staff but to custumers as well. I'd avoid anything at this location. Unclean and unsanitary practices like unclean tables and minimal glove changes after cross contaminating by cash or touching multiple surfaces then touching food. Also this is the type of company to sell a chocolate frosty drink with no frosty mix in it and have to pay extra 0.30 cent to get frosty mix in a frosty drink. Minimal employers at one location and questionable quality of food that isnt that great when you get sick after eating a simple burger and fries that were rock hard and more than likely old fries . Freshness is not a strong suit at this location.

Terrible experience. Drive thru took forever and when I got home my order was wrong. Left stuff in burger I asked for without and gave me a salad with no fork, dressing or croutons.

Disappointed by Poor Customer Service at Wendy's

I recently visited a Wendy’s location and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no respect or courtesy. I had a simple question about my order, but instead of helping, the employee responded with an attitude and made me feel unwelcome.

Customer service is a key part of any restaurant experience, and unfortunately, Wendy’s failed in this area. It’s upsetting to be treated poorly when all you expect is decent service with your meal. I hope management takes steps to improve how their staff interacts with customers, because this kind of behavior drives people away.

I will think twice before returning to this location.

The manager greeted me welcomingly and was very friendly throughout the exchange. There was a minor issue with the fountain drink machine that I informed the manager about. The food was alright 👍🏿. Nothing special, but also nothing wrong. It just wasn't thrilling.

okay, however my order was missing items and there was a hole in the bottom of a cup and the drink spilled all over the food. The bacon was tough and kinda gross.

They got my food and drink order wrong. The fries had some fries that were very over done, ended up throwing out half of them. The people were friendly and polite, which was a big plus. Other than putting pickles on my burger when I ordered no pickles and the person taking the order repeated it back to me, the burger was cooked well.
