I have been eating Wendy's for decades. It is my go to for fast food. Until last weekend. Wellington road s and exeter rd there is a Wendy's location that i will never go to again. The lady did not want to scan my app for the first issue. She told me i had to register my receipt online instead afterwards. Minor issue okay. I questioned her on it saying thats not what i do any other restaurant and she ran away. The night manager then scanned my app and took my order. The kitchen staff was leering at me through the window at this point. I should have went with my instincts to just left after getting a refund. BUT no, i took the food and drove home. The ab-so-lute worst burger i have ever had at a Wendy's restaurant in my whole lifetime(over half a century). After taking a bite, that immediately went back into the brown bag, I opened the burger to look and saw what seemed to be a burger that was two weeks old and hard. Like biting into the sole of a shoe. I cannot believe that with such a competitive market that Wendy's would allow food like this to be kept for one thing yet alone served. And the employees i am almost sure did it on purpose. NEVER NEVER NEVER again. Ever. i would give zeros or negative numbers if i could.

The hard dried bacon looked like it was 3 days old, the sauce tasted bad. That's why I only go to these types of restaurants as a last resort. $33 for junk food??

Stopped today to get some lunch for my daughter. I had ordered a baked potato and was told it would be about a 5 min wait. I was then asked if I wanted something else. After telling the lovely person at the window that my daughter had just had surgery and she really wanted a baked potato. She said no problem it was only going to be about 5 minutes and to park out front and they would bring everything out to me. It might have been a little bit more than 5 minutes but that same lovely lady had double bagged our lunch and added a little surprise for the patient and for me the caregiver. That extra little bit of kindness made my very long and tiring day a little brighter. Thank you

The server was very nice and friendly. However, the restaurant itself was honestly the dirtiest fast food place I've been to. Everywhere. The bathrooms especially.
Bad washroom. Too smelly. we order poutine. Too much salty. O rating for this.

When I went to collect my order, they forgot to give me my bottle of water I ordered, and there were no napkins or cutlery in the bag.

There were tiny curly wires in our fries from the wire curly they used to clean the fryer baskets. Manager said they were going to send us coupons, but that was September 1 and we haven’t received anything. This was the Wendys at Wellington and Exeter in London.
