Do not get the grill cheese burger!! Bun was not grilled and cheese not melted! Terrible !! Manager named Alley i believe did nothing to make us happy! We had to go see her 2x !! 1st time the cheese was missing on top bun.(Refund would have been nice) She said that's the way it is. Terrible manager! We were there June 21/2025 between 5-5:30 pm

I don't go out of my way to complain but it was pretty bad there.
The lady working drive thru Sunday around 4 had a ton of attitude. She lazily held out the debit machine without even looking at us, but we were holding cash. When she realized she had to change it she rolled her eyes and sighed as if it was our fault?
The chicken and fries tasted really gross and were soggy & darker than they should be. It was pretty evident that the oil quality in the fryers that day was long overdue to be replaced.

Horrible customer service at this location. We went for a late supper, ordered two combos, and a Jr cheeseburger deluxe with a small fry and senior drink. The small fry didn’t make it onto the receipt but we were charged for a small drink (that we didn’t order). After asking about it we were met with unpleasant service, and rude comments. After 5 minutes of arguments we were finally refunded the drink. Won’t be going back and won’t recommend this location again.

Excellent service, drive through was faster than any I've ever been. Cashier was polite and outside of store was very clean and kept up. Good job guys.

very good burgers and Poutine. Vanilla Frosty was so good. Salad was bit soggy but not too bad. it was a delivery order.
Lady was nice burger was greasy an disgusting so much so it was dripping grease the bun was so wet it was absolutely gross my kids ate it but asked not to go back and that's says alot

I ordered a taco salad through SKIP . Tbe menu choices are very precise. I ordered no chili (vegetarian) My order shows up with chili & no salsa or sour cream as in the menu! Skip offers me 5 bucks , no. I finally got 7. I’ll never order from this store again
