There were six tiny and chewy pieces of bacon on the baconator. About 1/4 of a standard slice each.

It has been a while since I had one so I don’t know if all Wendy’s make them like this now or just this location.

I literally had to open it to find the bacon.

And with tax it was over $10 for the sandwich alone.

Not once have we ordered from here and had the right/complete order delivered. No problem in-store but boy can they screw up a delivery order. Every. Single. Time.

My wife got a very bad experience in this morning. She felt be discriminated by a rude beared white male staff in this store. She called to order the food 20 minutes ago. But when she arrived the food was not prepared well. He blamed on my wife she was in the wrong line. He was friendly to local customers but cold and dismissive towards my wife as Asian customer. After that she called to complain he hang up rudely and disrespectful. We will never come this store again because of this man staff.

On Oct 28 at 7:50 AM, a bearded, large white male staff at this store treated an Asian female customer unfairly. He was rude, careless with her order, and even hung up the phone, blaming her for their mistake. Completely unprofessional.

I ordered tea and a sandwich 20 minutes in advance this morning, but when I arrived, nothing was ready. I waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes, then went inside — the staff was still chatting with the previous customer and only started making my tea after I walked in.

I even told him I was running late for work, but he didn’t seem to care. Instead, he blamed me for using the “wrong lane” instead of taking responsibility.

What’s the point of ordering ahead if the food isn’t prepared on time? When I later called the store about this, they hung up on me without any apology. Totally unprofessional and disappointing service.

Terrible experience this morning around 7:50 AM. I placed a phone order 20 minutes early for a tea and sandwich, but when I arrived, nothing was even started. A rude bearded white male staff finally made it after I went inside, which made me late for work. He was cold and dismissive toward me as an Asian customer but friendly to locals. When I called to complain, he blamed me and hung up. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The drive thru is open “630am to midnight everyday”. Then why, on Saturday October 25th @ 7:11am was the menu lights turned off and screen not turned on??? I figured they
Out be closed but to my surprise I drove up to the window to leave and there was at least one worker inside with the lights on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they just forgot to turn on the menu for the day. I politely knocked on the window and again was ignored by a worker 5 feet away from the window.

This is unacceptable in general, but 40 minutes after you are supposedly open for the day!?! Curious if the owner knows this is happening? Yes I’m hangry.

Grreat food and service at this location (Hyde park). Far better than the masonville location which is closer to me but I prefer to go out of my way for a cleaner environment and staff who care.

I did a mobile order for pick up 13 minutes before I was going to be there. I got there. They didn’t even accept the pick up order and then profusely kept on telling me. It was my fault that I didn’t accept their order for pick up. I have a screenshot That says thank you for ordering. It will be ready in five minutes, but yet this woman kept on telling me it was my fault that I needed to check it in when I got there absolutely ridiculous. I had to tell her I don’t care about 13 times before she would shut up But they press the accept button while I was standing there so I couldn’t even cancel the order and leave and continue to blame me that I needed to check it in, but as you can tell from the picture, it was already checked in when you click the change button. It said it was too late to change it when you click the cancel button. It said it was too late to cancel because they’ve already accepted the order. Just absolutely ridiculous took longer than if I would’ve walked in And ordered their incompetence should not be placed on the customer
