Had a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit and half was hard as a rock. The coffee was double cream double sweetener and it was very watery.

10/10 across all boards sporadically I stopped here after my shifts and every single time the staff are so polite and the meal is always fresh. Even throughout the rush hours they’re giving top-notch customer service.

The customer service in this location is awful. The manager Jessica support her colleague Tito with his action. I have asked what type of gravy they sell whether it is chicken, beef. They refuse to tell me and asked me to go look it up online. They were brushing me off. I never asked what is the full ingredients contained in the gravy which I understand if they ve asked me then to look it up but that wasn’t the case. It seems like they didn’t care to make the sell or if the customer return back.
I will definitely be passing this experience to my friends, families not to go there again. I will also be posting in TikTok.

Place looks beautiful and well kept.
If you like fresh salad don't order here, better off making it at home.
Service worker who is a white male with a red hat, ginger brown wavy hair and red outfit is extremely fake and serves a side of attitude.
Unlike him, Service worker sunny, provided excellent service and she was extremely helpful and kind.
I understand working with customers can become extremely frustrating. However, it is important to maintain a level of professionalism especially if you want more customers coming in. Good day.

Train your employees better! I ordered three meals and a frosty. I did not receive the frosty. I asked about the frosty and the drive through employee argued with me and said it wasn't ordered. Owners of restaurants are ultimately responsible and I hold them accountable. Do better.

Drive thru , no cheese on my chilli cheese nachos, no fork to eat them, no spoon for hubbys chilli, and no napkins , had to return. So disappointed. Won’t use their drive thru again.
