I did a mobile order for pick up 13 minutes before I was going to be there. I got there. They didn’t even accept the pick up order and then profusely kept on telling me. It was my fault that I didn’t accept their order for pick up. I have a screenshot That says thank you for ordering. It will be ready in five minutes, but yet this woman kept on telling me it was my fault that I needed to check it in when I got there absolutely ridiculous. I had to tell her I don’t care about 13 times before she would shut up But they press the accept button while I was standing there so I couldn’t even cancel the order and leave and continue to blame me that I needed to check it in, but as you can tell from the picture, it was already checked in when you click the change button. It said it was too late to change it when you click the cancel button. It said it was too late to cancel because they’ve already accepted the order. Just absolutely ridiculous took longer than if I would’ve walked in And ordered their incompetence should not be placed on the customer

The fries were not hot, flavourless. The spicy chicken did not taste fresh and had a ridiculously small piece of going bad lettuce. The fountain drink, Coke Zero, was almost flat, not enough gas. Overall my meal was not enjoyable at all.

We got breakfast this morning, decided to take a chance because we had a coupon. Wow! We are pleasantly surprised. Although, just a bit too peppery, the sausage, egg & Swiss croissant was freshly made, had a real egg in it. The potato wedges were crispy with fluffy middles. The coffee was shockingly good (let's be honest, fast food coffee does not always taste like real coffee). We will be back.

I had a great experience at the Hyde Park Wendy’s! I want to specifically recognize two outstanding employees.
Umesha, who made my sandwich, did an excellent job—it was delicious and well-prepared. The care and precision in making it were noticeable, and I truly appreciated it. While the chili was a bit watery, the overall meal was on point.
Jessica, the order taker, was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly and personable, and her warm smile lit up the room. Her positive energy created such a welcoming atmosphere—not a single dissatisfied customer within five city blocks!
I was there with my daughter, and we both had a wonderful experience. The service and food quality made for a great visit. I’d recommend this Wendy’s location to anyone, for any occasion!
I also want to acknowledge the entire team. I didn’t see a single idle worker on the floor—everyone appeared to be working hard while still maintaining top-notch customer service. This was proven by the steady flow of customers I saw coming through while I was filling out this survey. It’s clear that this location values efficiency and hospitality.

This Wendy's location in London is one of the clean and good locations. The burgers tasted really nice and everything was on point.
I was just served the worst fast food of my life. The food was essentially rotten. I cannot believe what I just paid for what was received. I used to enjoy Wendy’s in comparison to other chain fast foods. The service was friendly but the quality has fallen off a cliff. Rotten produce used on my burger, everything was dry and fries were clearly stale. Awful experience unfortunately will not be back.
