We honestly wanted to report this place to food inspection. It's extremely dirty. Till the point you stick to the floor with your feet. Pee on the floor in the washroom. No sanitarizers in any place. Avoid this location at any cost. We are frequent visitors of Wendy's chane. This one was just disgusting.

This evening, the app wasn't working, and then when they used the promo manually, they themselves messed up the order and I got the wrong item. The way the girl at the front was acting suggests she might of done it on purpose. Was not friendly at all and she didn't give me a receipt or put it in the bag. After reading some of the recent reviews, this seems like an ongoing trend.

I would like to give this place more stars but if I do, no one is going to read this and nothing will be done. We went here for breakfast as soon as they opened at 9am. The food was great but the place wasn't. It is unkept and not the cleanest. Fries on the floor from the night before. The tables were wiped with a wet cloth but still not clean but the thing that bothered me the most was that there is a not good smell to this place. It is hard to discribe but it's like a stale old grease or something like that which I only have never noticed anywhere else in a fast food place. This place could really do with a deep clean and a little TLC to make it more inviting.

I've been coming here regularly for a quick bite while doing food deliveries, and it's honestly so bad I have to boycott the place now. Seems to always take 10+ mins in drive thru, even with just a few cars. There's 2 drive thru staff that aren't friendly at all. The one person working cash inside the restaurant can't seem to count Canadian currency. Tries to give me all loonies in change when there are bills in the register, or doesn't give proper change. The inside is usually dirty. Plus the other day I went to Huron and Adelaide, and the burger actually tasted better. Same burger tastes way better. I can't keep giving my money to this place.

Food was good, service not very good. Woman was on the phone while on the floor proceeded to pick stuff up off the ground then didn't wash her hands and then put on gloves to make our sandwiches. She proceeded to get my sandwich wrong and instead of remaking it just gave me the tomatoes to fix it.
