The majoriy of the time their oven is broken so no baked potatoes available. I wish they would post a sign on front door oven broken then no need for a disabled person to stand in line for long period of time causing more pain only to get to counter to find oven broken. This location is old runned down and dirty.

Two out of three Frosty’s I got were overflowed, and therefore melted all over my car and in my lap. On top of that, the lids are almost impossible to get off. I would suggest a different container for Frosty’s in general. Maybe in the meantime employees could learn not to fill it up too much, understanding that it’s gonna melt all over customers if the top is shoved on. Thank you!

Food is fantastic, I used to get breakfast almost every day, dinning room is always clean. Sometimes the wait times are pretty bad, weather it's waiting to order or waiting for your food the wait isn't great. I only go here for breakfast because that's the time I'm in the area, As of September 15th the dinning room is no longer open till 1030 preventing me from being able to order breakfast unless I go through drive through and I don't own a vehicle. This is a terrible decision and now I can no longer enjoy a wonderful breakfast at a wonderful price. I realize I'm just one person so who cares But I ordered very Frequently. I have no reason to come to this location anymore..

My order was wrong. It was takeout and when i went home, i found that it wasn't what i ordered. Bad service.
Drink machine was dispensing crap thus evening... not sure what was taking place but tried 4 different drinks and none tasted like anything I have had before....

Rude abrupt staff that can't admit they made an error, who blame the customer for their own incompetence and inability to communicate effectively. Will not be back.

Had an incident where my burger was made wrong (mistakes happen. I get it), i called about it as i had got all the way home on the bus before i noticed, and they offered to replace it next time i came in. I came back tonight for my replacement burger, only for the manager to kindly comp the rest of the meal i ordered in addition. As i was leaving to catch my bus, i received a call telling me it was likely made wrong again. He invited me back to swap it out for the correct burger and offered me a free frosty on top of that. The manager on shift this night went above and beyond to assist me and that kindness will not be lost on me. The least I can do is leave the store a good review. If he ends up reading this, I hope he knows he's made my day after a long shift at work. Thank you so much!

This location is FILTHY! Sticky floors, dirty tables and chairs. Waited a LONG time for my JBC. Manager has no idea what he's doing and how to manage. At least I didn't get sick but if the floor is this messy, imagine the cooking area?!
