Honestly, it was one of those nights. Just finished about a 13hr straight day, then headed straight to Wendy's for some tasty treats. I was so tired that it took me 10min to order from app. The dining area was even closed by the time I finished the order (which I did wrong) 🤣 The staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and hospitable. It is strange to see way less people sitting in Wendy's since I was a kid, but I am happy that there continues to be kind people working in a fasr food place where they experience a lot of challenging situations. Thanks so much team. You made my night!

Best Wendy’s in London my coworker and I enjoy this location and Jarrod is an amazing employee! He’s fast efficient and always super friendly we come here almost every lunch break and I’d say 10/10 service!

Stopped for a burger mid afternoon went into the store , a few people ahead of Me including a couple of older ladies and Myranda was so very kind and patient to each and every customer, it was truly uplifting to see , Thank You very Much Myranda don't let this present world change Your kind and caring ways 😊🎉

Went in drive thru and had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the food to come out. When it came out, it wasn’t even what I’d ordered. Still ate it anyway since I’m not too picky. Had to spit part of my poutine out though cause they decided to give me the nasty over burnt fries from the fryer.

Hacking darts is more important than simply serving food. Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for cold food, no receipt and a shitty attitude. Won't be back to this location.
