Don't be so cheap on your take out salad containers! A very small salad in an even smaller container! After I put croutons and Caesar dressing on the salad, it was overflowing all over the place and made a mess! Won't be ordering salad from here again!!!

The first time I've been in this Wendy's I came here cuz my dad was across the street doing a dementia program and I needed somewhere to go because I didn't drive. I came in here sat & had a tea I stayed for a bit. I listened to these ladies work and talk to people. They're so kind and compassionate. You really don't see that much in fast food. So kudos to your bunch working at Wendy's. It was a rough day for me but listening to you guys made me happy

Terrible service we went through the drive through on a Friday around 8pm and we pulled up and the person there said don’t you think we deserve a day off and didn’t serve us we then asked if any Wendy’s were open and they said no so we left terrible attitude so we went on our way thinking it was weird we went to the next Wendy’s and they were open so the last one lied terrible service never going there again would say the name but I don’t know the workers name not a good look Wendy’s

We recently had a concerning experience at this Wendy's, where we purchased a meal consisting of two burgers and chicken nuggets. However, upon arriving home and opening the packaging, to find that both burgers were undercooked, and to my shock, the chicken nuggets were completely raw. This not only disappointed me in terms of food quality but also raised significant concerns about food safety.When I reached out to Wendy's to address the issue, I found their response to be less than satisfactory. Despite my valid complaint and the clear lapse in quality control, they only offered to compensate for one of the burgers. This response was disappointing, as it did not adequately address the inconvenience and potential health risk posed by their oversight.While I appreciate their willingness to replace one of the items, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired. In a scenario where food safety is compromised, I believe a more proactive and generous approach to customer satisfaction should be taken.Moving forward, I hope Wendy's reevaluates their protocols for handling customer complaints, especially those related to food safety, to ensure a more satisfactory experience for all patrons.

I placed a large order on Monday, for pick up today, when I arrived everything was perfectly organized and ready to go promptly. A big thanks to the staff as I realize it can be difficult to organize a large order so close to the dinner rush, also a huge thanks to the managers who made sure everything went smooth.Keep up the great work!
