Dining area wasn’t busy. But the Drive through & ashier was very busy. The waiting time to receive the order is reasonable with the number of orders. Very neat, staff are very attentive and friendly. & good location with plenty parking spots.

This used to be a great place to get food but I'm not sure what happened. Service and food quality have gone extremely downhill. The workers look miserable and will completely ignore you. Food is sloppily thrown together like no one gives a crap. They seem to care more about drive thru than the people actually walking inside to order food and you don't get acknowledged.

They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE especially the morning crew. They won't be busy, YET won't acknowledge you in the waiting area... they MOVE SLOW AS SLOW MOVES... They seem generally miserable ... It would not be an issue if they were busy or if it was a one time occurrence. It is 9 out of 10 times. All the people in the kitchen will look at you, but not speak or tell you they need a few minutes. The man in front of me was waiting over 5 minutes (he was the ONLY customer there and ONLY 1car was in the drive thru) THEY SISNT EVEN SPEAK TO HIM. We took our business elsewhere
no "fast" food about it. if you go through drive thru be prepared to spend at least 10 minutes even with no one ahead of you. they love to let you sit at the speaker in silence. everything for the past few months has been served stale

Reason I’m giving it a 2 star and is waited for 20 min for my order , The delay was not the issues. I could see everyone in the kitchen being very slow, not trying to catch up to orders. We were only three customers inside the store And maybe three or four in the drive-through

Absolutely terrible wendys, old fella working there has no idea what is going on and has a terrible attitude. The food was typical as far as wendys but the poutine i purchased had 6 cheese curds on it. LOL the menu name should be changed to fries with a fre curds
Teribble service , would strongly suggest either of the other 2 close options. Or even fast eddies around the corner is lightyears ahead lol

He made it right but I think she's a manager and was nothing but rude and was the worst experience cause of her. All because he fixed my order cause he messed up and put a small when I said large and she was rude cause she made the small and was rude and was demanding and rude and said she needs the small back and was nothing but rude and a negative experience. I never been so unimpressed

Have been loving Wendy's for 35 years and I'm only 39. Only complaint I have is the prices are going up much higher and faster than wages. Over $10 for ONE sandwich is ridiculous and even when I can afford it I would rather go to a grocery store and get something that can feed me 2-3 times for under $10

I am a regular at this Wendy’s location for the last two years . There is an old lady working there who is super racist and always behave very rudely with me and my husband. The way she behaves, you would think we are there to beg instead of being paid customers. I would understand to same level if we were also somehow rude to her. At the same time, she would always be super nice and extra talkative to the white people to make us understand she is being like this to us only. Every time I go there, I end up coming out with a bad mood.
Drive thru lady was hands down, just the worst. Sounded like she could really use some help or a vacation. Worse yet, I think she was the shift supervisor. She literally grunted and huffed as tho I was bothering her for ordering food. Get her off drive thru because it's embarrassingly bad. I get it, customers can be terrible but when you get to the point where she was at, maybe it's better to switch your position and flip some patties for an hour.
