My girlfriend and I ordered late because we were very tired today and we got our food at a great a time and packaged by the worker Amanda and I called to appreciate the work put in to the order. Amanda went above and beyond in making our awesome order we usually get of rice boxes with chicken. It's always a hit! Especially during a hard day when you have no energy to cook and it's super late(1am).
Wok box being open until 2 is a blessing in disguise. Amanda also placed 2 fortune cookies in our bag. Weather they be free or needed to be paid for (if extras etc) it's still an awesome treat.

Really nice place. Really nice staff the gesture was so nice. We had a problem with the wok box they changed it and made a new one without creating a fuss. Really appreciate the sevice. Would recommend it to try out once atleast
The worst food I ever tasted. Had to leave it after forcing myself to eat a few bites. Such a waste of money. Please do something about the flavor of the food. It's lacking. Make it more authentic.

We were visiting London area and looking for Vietnamese at 10:30pm. Since so many place close early, it was great that Wok Box is open late.
I’ll start with the Atmosphere - very cool and comfortable. The guys behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. The food order was blazing hot which I love.
Now, why I can’t give it a full 5 star. Unfortunately, I found quite a bit of eggshell. I didn’t want to bring it up, but I can’t remember the last time this happened while dining in.
I do wish these guys all the best but small slip ups like this can lower your rating in future.
Vegetarian options: They do Yam chops to substitute for chicken.
Super disappointed in my last two orders. Have been a regular for years. Noodles are undercooked, feels like they’ve just been tossed in the sauce, used to be scorching hot with an actual cook on the bacon/chicken etc.
