Yasmine’s Express

I was utterly disappointed with my experience at Yasmine's Express. I first enjoyed a sandwich at a party which had catered through Yasmine's, so I made it a point to stop by next time I was at the mall. The staff were pleasant but slow. The older gentleman, who appeared to be a manager, left after taking my order, and the remaining young guy who was preparing the sandwiches was So. Incredibly. Slow. Not an inkling of urgency. He was really nice, but it was agonizingly painful to watch him work. Regardless, I was excited to finally eat my sandwich, only to find that it was nothing like the sandwich I had previously. I basically had bread with a side of halloumi. I'm a huge bread person, but for the first time in my life I had to tear off the plain parts of the bread and just eat the middle. The sauce didn't even extend to the edges. I haven't decided if I'll go back, it just felt like an utter waste of money.

This was my first time eating at this establishment. I was greeted by the employee behind the counter. She offered a sample of their chicken shawarma and garlic paste. This was a fantastic gesture, especially because it was my first time there. She did not know this.

It was a clean space and friendly environment. Price point for the food was affordable for what you get. Although price of food is rising, this was a great place to eat at.

Had their shish tawook sandwich twice this week. Came specifically to white oaks mall for it. Absolutely delicious! Service was amazing with friendly staff. Would definitely come back here! Highly recommend!

Fresh and delicious food that is restaurant quality but in a mall food court setting. Amazing staff who let you sample some of their menu items. Absolutely incredible. We will be back.

Mostafa is an angel he always treats me and my elderly friends with up most respect
His parents raised him right. And the food is amazing.

Mostafa was incredible! From the second we walked in he gave us samples and made us feel so welcome! Amazing customer service and you can tell he really enjoys his job. It’s so very clean and cute inside as well.

And the food, oh my god I was stunned. It was amazing. I ordered chicken shawarma and fries. The chicken was amazingly seasoned and was absolutely delectable. The fries were so tasty.

Overall this was a 10/10 experience and I will absolutely be back soon! Thanks to Mostafa and the crew for this amazing culinary experience!

I had such a great experience at Yasmine’s Express! The service was fast, smooth, and way above expectations. Mostafa was the absolute highlight—he was professional, attentive, and made the whole process so easy.
