I haven't had a single complaint. Super friendly staff and always the same great quality you come to expect.It's a smaller town so here everyone is less than 5 minutes away if local so a lot of their good sized waiting area goes unused.Like I said, never a complaint.

My apologies!My real review: service has been great, my pizzas have been excellent, but- you have to admit- the restaurant itself is not the most inviting.I really loved your initial response!Please don't spit in my food! Lol.Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

Service was absolutely terrible at this location. Walked in to pick up my takeout order and had to wait until a worker was done a personal phone call and could see my food on the back counter, after she was done her phone call she went to the back and had a full conversation with laughter to other employees then finally came out and told me the total. I paid cash in which she had to take my money back and forth to the back to get my change. After another 5 minutes of her trying to figure out my change and once she was done laughing with other employees, I told her I’m happy to pay debit if she doesn’t have enough change, she rudely responded that “it’s too late for that”.After that awful service I came home to eat one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had.I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this review seriously.

Excellent food always so delicious ! Service is the nicest i’ve ever experienced. The various of different items is amazing, subs, wings, salads, you name it. I’ve looked at these reviews and it saddens me that people don’t understand that like any other restaurant it makes mistakes it is eevident. Anyways food is great, which is all that matters!

We tried their Butter Chicken Pizza, Bacon Garlic Loaf, Potato wedges and classic pizza.Butter chicken pizza is just okay and is too watery. The rest was good. I loved their potato wedges.There are not too many spots to sit so you might want to keep that in mind when you plan your lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options in the menu

Service was fine but the pizza here is not it. I was warned not to order from here but wanted to make my own decision, unfortunately my friends were correct. I don't know how something could be overcooked and undercooked at the same time, there were green peppers on only one slice, and was just lacking flavour all around.Based on the reviews there is clearly a QC issue that needs to be taken seriously by management.

Pretty disappointed in the medium pizza I ordered today .I had too much sauce and not enough cheese and pepperoni. There were maybe 1.5 pieces of pepperoni on each slice and it seemed very doughy . The slices to go looked much better but it wasnt worth it for me to buy it by the slice

Honestly this place is normally absolutely garbage but the last 6 months or so the quality of everything has picked up a lot. I do mean everything from the pizza to the cheese garlic sticks. I'm going to continue to give them a few more trys and if they stay consistent I'll bumb this up to a 4. Then the only thing left to make it a 5 would be perfect customer service!

New Orleans pizza is in a lot of small towns and its a good pizza place. This location in Lucan has always gotten my order correct, always made fresh and comes hot. I have ordered the plant based pizza options and I was impressed with the options and selection that they had for plant based, along with the pizza being delicious. Average pizza place but good and would recommend to anyone looking for plant based pizza options or just looking for a good quality pizza for family pizza night.
