Myself and a group of gals ordered take out from The North Star this evening after finding them close to our Air BnB. When we arrived to pick up our food we were greeted by the friendliest staff working hard to put our large order together. The restaurant was a quaint, side of the road gem. Stopped here randomly for a quick lunch. They have a good diverse menu. Everyone can find something they like. They service was excellent. The food was well prepared. It is diner so I don't expect fine dining. The atmosphere is exactly a diner. What I liked was everything was clean.

For 40 years I have driven by this nondescript appearing restaurant without stopping but yesterday I decided to give it a try and I was amazed at what a top-notch establishment it is. I ordered the turkey dinner and found it to be of excellent quality, large portions, reasonably priced topped off by prompt and friendly service. Worthy of a five star rating for sure
