Myself and a group of gals ordered take out from The North Star this evening after finding them close to our Air BnB. When we arrived to pick up our food we were greeted by the friendliest staff working hard to put our large order together. The restaurant was a quaint, side of the road gem. You could easily pass it on the 80km/hr road but that would be a big mistake! As stated already, service was spectacular. They quickly provided us our meal which exceeded expectation. With authentic flavors, generous portions, and a glimpse into Greek cuisine we were elated. We barely made it back to the Air BnB before loudly determining we needed to go back! We highly recommended to anyone in there area or passing through.

Stopped here randomly for a quick lunch. They have a good diverse menu. Everyone can find something they like. They service was excellent. The food was well prepared. It is diner so I don't expect fine dining. The atmosphere is exactly a diner. What I liked was everything was clean.

Great service, excellent food served piping hot with ample portions. Nice variety of dishes to choose from, extensive breakfast menu too. Lots of on site parking. Check it out if you're in the area, you won't leave hungry.

What a charming little restaurant! My father hadn't visited since he was a child, so we decided to stop by on our way back from London. We're absolutely delighted that we did. The atmosphere brought back the feeling of enjoying a hearty, farm-style meal from my childhood. Make sure to leave room for the Coconut Cream Pie.

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful, I have never left disappointed. The staff and especially the owners make every customer feel valued and special. Every time I go in, whether it be to dine in or pick up I have been greeted with the greatest positive energy; you can feel the passion and love that has gone into this family restaurant. Not only is the service great and the atmosphere cozy and inviting but the food is exceptional. Huge servings for the prices and always fresh and great quality. As delicious as my food was I wasn't able to finish. Great prices and the staff are amazing. It's a family restaurant atmosphere. If you don't think so on your first visit I dare you to go a second time. Always a great experience for me. Imagine feeling welcomed throughout the full experience.I just have to thank the staff and owners of North Star Restaurant.I went there as a kid and loved it then. It's only ever changed for the better.
