I am so pleased to find out that Northstar restaurant has switched their fryer Grease to 100% beef tallow. This should be making local news.
That alone, right there shows how much they actually care about their customers and not just about making an extra dollar. Go order something fried from there and you will be shocked at the taste of difference.

The service was quick, friendly and the veggie omelet special came with a delicious home made soup, omelette, home fries, toast and dessert for 21.00. Can't beat the price, service or food. Thank you, TAMMY
