As a big fan of Thai food, I personally found the Pad Thai to be underwhelming. It appeared to be rushed together, with a handful of veggies added in which aren’t often part of an authentic Pad Thai.For the price point, it was just “ok”.

First time to Lucan, thought we’d try Thai pad for lunch, and wow! Friendly staff as soon as you walk in, ordered our food and it was at the table in less than 10 minutes. Large portions and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be making a trip back to Lucan for some more yummy Thai.

I had a long black strand of hair in my food. I called the restaurant and was offered a replacement, which I got a couple weeks later. Guess what? That dish had a long black hair in it too!They told me kitchen staff wears hairnets, but I don't see how that's possible when 3 out of 4 times I've ordered food here I have found a long black strand of hair in my food.What a shame! The food tastes good but it is revolting to find a hair in your food after you have already taken several bites. I can't order from this restaurant anymore because of this.

Staff are friendly and polite.Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes I looked at seem to start off vegetarian and have the option to add meat.Parking: Lots of parking available in the lot beside or on the street if you have to.
