This was previously a 5 star review, since then the establishment has gone downhill. Everytime I’m there they mess up my order, was just there again this morning and had yet another issue. They can’t ever hear me or understand what I’m saying and I can’t understand what they are replying with. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that the owner stops giving hours to the white folks that speak good English and instead gives it to the immigrants that he ships in to skip on costs, or if they aren’t being trained properly, either way this establishment is now a joke to our town and will happily go to McDonald’s to get way better service. This is not the same Tim hortons as it was a few years ago. 0/10 do not recommend .

I've visited too many Tim Hortons in Canada, I live in Toronto, I went for a walk to Lucan, I stopped by for my coffee, it's the first time I've tried a super delicious coffee with a different flavor than the other Tim Hortons ?

We ordered 2 blueberry sour cream donuts and 2 fruit explosion muffins plus 3 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches this morning and ended up with 4 muffins and no donuts, not impressed

This Tim Hortons has been declining now for a while. Today was the last straw, ordered through the drive through, order was taken correctly and as always in the morning a very sweet efficient lady called Barb served us, as always she’s so polite. We pulled around to eat and one double toasted bagel with butter was not toasted and barely any butter, like eating cardboard! The other plain toasted with cream cheese was burnt and barely any cream cheese. Went in to return and order again - this time a plain croissant came out hot and soggy, dripping butter, the bagel fine. The staff barely speak English and cannot get orders correct face to face, it’s a shame, it used to be such a good Tim’s.
