If only all Tim Hortons franchise operate as efficiently and with as friendly of staff as this location.
Drive thru or inside. Both lines always move quickly. Staff is always pleasant and order accuracy is excellent.

The service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced and it’s not just a one-off. It’s very consistently slow. Be prepared to wait and wait and hope your order is right when it comes. It’s too bad. Nice staff but not enough of them.
I ordered a medium brown sugar iced latte. I got some kind of watered down milk with an espresso shot and absolutely no brown sugar syrup. Timbits were over glazed.

This place is terrible the last I’m usally the first one there at 5 am and it took 20 minutes just to get a coffee I just quit going here and go to London now no it’s not barbs fault I have been going to this location every day for 13 years after my experience on wensday I will never be back
Ordered a bagel and received a ham and cheese sandwich....lady behind me ended up with a bagel but not her sandwich.. . They can't keep their orders straight . Bonus for me, sandwich costs more than my bagel!!! Thanks

I ordered a black steeped tea. They added sugar. How many times do I have to suffer from errors when ordering a very simple item??!!! I have had milk added, coffee instead of tea!!! Accuracy on orders is awful!!! Even if done by online order!
