I waited 10 minutes inside to be served no one even acknowledged I was there. I walked out after saying thanks for such great service. We will never step foot on this Tim Hortons again.

I can look past most of the random services issues there may be from day to day. Sometimes it's easy to order, sometimes it's hard... but what I absolutely get annoyed at, is can whoever makes the eggs, STOP PUTTING EGG SHELLS IN THEM?! I've ordered a breakfast wrap for a few days straight now, and every one has had egg shell in it... not to mention, I can't remember ever having egg shell in an item from an other Tim's.

The amount of times we go through the drive-thru and the person at the drive-thru makes it unnecessarily complicated is happening too many times.We have also got our order messed up. I ordered a sausage farmers wrap without egg, we only got the sausage. There was no cheese or sauce.I can't say I'm impressed
