Always great people working there so kind and wholesome never had any problems. But after the first crew left they're not working there anymore... The newer staff that are there don't have the heart into it that they used to. They seem to be very rushed and don't care. Missing the original
We always get customized sandwiches and normally expect at least one thing to be wrong; these guys always get it right! Better than the fast food spots in kincardine for order accuracy. The bagels are always toasted perfectly too. Just wish they had jalapeño bagels lol

Wait times are not great & the staff are rather rude. I’ve only been here 5 times and I’ve had rude service every single time. Coming from someone who has worked food service before, definitely not the way a customer should be treated. Overall 2
