“Went in around 7pm on Friday, October 11th.

The location was very busy but the man at the counter was dialed in. He was calm and collected, calling out orders as they were ready. Friendly and professional to every customer. I watched him deftly crack a joke to one family to diffuse a potential situation (their order was ready, except for their apple pie which was going to take another 5 minutes), before moving to the next customer. There's something to be said about making customers laugh and feel seen before they have the opportunity to get frustrated.

He did a fantastic job making every customer feel appreciated and keeping a chaotic restaurant under control.

Whatever he's getting paid, it's not enough. Looking at you, management.“
