The young woman who took my order was absolutely lovely, a bright cheerful greeting which continued through the payment process and prompt delivery of my order. “Amazing experience when my daughter changed her mind last minute for what she wanted they made the change no problem, even when they didn't have too. It was very quick service even with the change and they were very nice and polite. Care by employees at fast food places is rare these days but the staff there were awesome!“

“The guy that took my order in the drive through was extremely polite, kind, and attentive, I was having a bad day and he turned it around. He made sure I had everything I'd need and gave me a good amount of napkins, which is rare these days. It's the little things that make a big difference. Wish I took note of his name.

The food was great, I got the original burger with fries, no complaints. I always forget DQ does more than icecream, it's nice to have another option sometimes.

Overall, great experience.

A lot of bad reviews on here, you try working in fast food, it's a tough job. Relax, people make mistakes you're eating at Dairy Queen not a Michelin Star restaurant.“

“Tried the new Steakhouse Teen Burger, and it was ok, worth to try once and not again IMHO but that's just me you might like it better than I did other than that food has always been good never had a disappointing visit so far, usually I go for mozzarella burger.“

“Had a great experience at McDonald’s during dinner time yesterday! The restaurant was busy, but the service was still fast and friendly. Rubi was absolutely amazing — very polite, hardworking, and helpful throughout the visit. Really appreciated the positive attitude and customer service. Keep up the great work!“

“We have never had a bad experience whether we have dined in or had takeout. When I was isolating in February due to covid, we ordered twice during the time the household was in isolation. Once we got pizza which was excellent as always and other time we orders burgers and fries which were also excellent and still plenty hot (live in Wellington). Staff was accommodating and delivery driver left food where we asked and delivery fee was cheap considering cost of gas and wear on vehicle. We got pizza again last night and no complains on service nor the food.....all excellent. Thank you for being the only restaurant who delivers within Wellington. We appreciated that so much when we isolated!“

“The night crew here is phenomenal!

My wife works late, so we’re often deciding what to have for dinner around midnight. When I’m too tired to cook, McDonald’s is the default, and this location never disappoints us. The staff is always friendly, and the food comes hot, fresh, and fast.

Certain crews at particular times will be better than others. At the other McDonald’s in Trenton, the morning/day crew has it dialed. That time of day is typically where you have your most capable staff, and the smoothest experience as a result.

No shade to the day crew at this location, but I’m always in awe at the night crew specifically. They operate with the freshness and efficiency of a day crew, but at midnight with low-volume sales??? It defies logic, but in a good way. Those guys are incredible. Give them all raises!“
