Multiple red flags. First forgot my drink and fries even tho both were paid for. Second yelled at me for asking for my drink. Third yelled at me again for asking for large fries. Then i had to go through the line AGAIN and asked for 2 more drinks and 2 more fries received attitude and no ice in my drink.
Terrible customer service, made me cry. First i asked for large fries and fries along with my combo, then forgot to give me my drink and didn’t add on second large fries because they only have one size of fries, I then had to go through the line a second time and ask for two fries and two drinks. They then put no ice in any of my drinks, and didn’t fill them up all the way.

Been waiting 45 minutes. We always for get that this is the worst A&W. the app doesn’t work reliably and their self-service ordering kiosk constantly crashes - usually after accepting our payment but before confirming the order. We were also charged twice for the same meal, due to the system’s crash. This is not the first time this has happened at an ONroute kiosk, but it will be the last.
