I got off the highway to go to this restaurant only to find it was closed... At supper time....

Terrible. I ordered a poutine. Not only did I not get gravy on top, but I found something hard in the poutine which I later figured out was a small rock. I tasted dirt as well. I don’t know how that could have happened but I am very disappointed and will never be ordering from this location again.

Worst experience because the fries were being served after reheating (kept fries ready and fried again before serving). That practice ruien the taste and quality. If you are claiming the best fries then better to maintain the standards as well.

I cannot believe what just happened when we were at the New York Fries at the onroute in Mallorytown. I was in the middle of speaking with the cashier who was asking me what I wanted and the other employee working came over to the cash ans just turned off the lights and said we were closed. It was completely rude, disrespectful and uncalled for. Myself and the lady behind me were very confused. I went back to advise him of his rude and disrespectful behavior and also confirmed I'd be writing this review. I cant believe the attitude and the way this person acted.

Fries or soggy. Hotdog was mediocre. Relish in little squeeze packets???. Extra charge for tomatoes, but no one told me they were available till it’s too late. No receipt for cash sale.I expect more from a company with a reputation Like NY fries has
