Disappointed they refuse to participate in the star system. Wouldn't scan my phone for my payment in my app either. I didn't think participating was option with a company wide program.

This is one of the most comfortable Starbucks I've ever visited. Large, spacious and comfortable. This was one of those facilities that you can sit for a while and go for a second round

I didn't catch her name, but the lady on Sept. 7th @ 6:30pm gave the best customer service. Super friendly and cared about getting the orders perfect. i wish more people realized how that shapes an experience.
one thing, though, I was also here a few months back and if you order water, it tastes like straight fish. Not sure if there is anything thay can be done about that, but a heads up to just order another drink

The service is really really slow and the coffee is really bad and expensive.
Satinder was very welcoming and kind. She asked me about my day and it felt very genuine. The matcha with oat milk and brown sugar was great!
