Staff is too slow. It just took them 25 min to give me 1 drink. Staff are too slow and they are literally doing time pass. 2 people are doing 1 order and roaming here and there instead of taking orders.

not using standard Starbuck product??? I have never seen cheap 5% cream being used at a Starbucks?? I order my coffee triple cream and it definitely did not look the way it should have!! not pleased. Ever after an additional splash of cream it did not look any better??

I ordered 3 drinks, one white mocha and 2 pink drinks but at the window I didn’t get the drinks that I ordered at drive thru. I said to girl (Satwinder) at window that 2 drinks of them looks different. She changed immediately and also make a cute smilies on drinks. Really commandable. Thanks you satwinder 🫶🏻

🚫 Disappointing Experience at a Promising New Location
This newly built Starbucks looked like the perfect rest stop—modern setup, nice outdoor seating, and a convenient layout. Unfortunately, the service was a complete letdown.
I ordered a tea and a breakfast sandwich, and shockingly, it took over 15 minutes to get them. There was no line at the drive-thru, and yet the dine-in/takeout orders were being fulfilled in a completely disorganized and random order. People who ordered after me got their drinks and food first, while others just waited around confused.
It was clear that the staff weren’t following any standard procedure or management direction. There seemed to be zero coordination, and honestly, it looked like they were just winging it.
If Starbucks wants this location to succeed, they really need to:
• Increase hourly wages or offer better incentives, because the staff clearly didn’t seem motivated or trained properly.
• Ensure proper management is in place so the workflow and customer service are consistent.
The potential is there—but until they improve staff efficiency and leadership, this won’t be the relaxing stop it promises to be.
