horrible service, missed items, slow service when the place was literally empty, seeing this many bad reviews of the place yet no change really tells me they don’t care and will continue this horrible service, avoid this timhortons, next on route will be much better

The workers all took their time making orders even though there were a lot of people, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for just an iced coffee, which tasted bad and didn’t even have sugar in it.

I definitely should have read the reviews before ordering. We did a quick pitt stop on our road trip for coffee and a bagel. When I got my bagel there was almost no cream cheese on it, I went back to show them the bagel and they said that was the correct amount. It was such little cream cheese that I thought it was butter.

I got food poisoning on Dec 31, 2025. I was served by a young girl and a guy. I ordered a Biscoff latte at 6:45 pm. I vomitted all the way back to Montreal. The milk was most likely spoilt and rotten. Never again

35 minutes to receive a double espresso. You have to ask about your order otherwise you will wait all your life before receiving it. The food quality is Tim's quality but the service is terrible.

I dont usually give reviews on fast food chain but this one is different. Ordered my usual iced Brown Sugar Latte with extra espresso shot. When it was given to me, it looked nothing like what I usually order, just plain milk. It should look a lot darker especially with the extra espresso shot. I don’t taste any espresso shot at all. I called them out and asked why it looks like this and said that it already has the extra shot. Brought it back to them after tasting it and true enough, they didn’t do it correctly. tim hortons onroute mallorytown - a strong argument for taking highway 7 instead of the 401 when going to toronto. forgot/lost our order, after a lengthy wait gave us a bag with our order and someone else's as a bonus.

Never seen a more demotivated , slow and don't care about customer , attitude from a staff working at tim's like at this location . Terrible my burrito was cold before I even got it. After I reminded the slowest of the slow that my burrito is obviously ready still needed a few seconds to process my inquiry luckily I've a microwave in my truck and even better that I know that I've never have to go there again, which I wouldn't anyways. Sad story, Tim Hortens would probably rotate in his last resort.

Hi I am a truck driver actually my wallet is misplaced Tim Horton Manager is very humble. I order a coffee, but I don’t have a card so he pay a coffee for our pocket Today’s time 4.30 I really respect him .

My experience at your store was pathetic. Staff was unprofessional and untrained. The items that I ordered were incorrect. Instead of saying sorry, they were being rude and unapologetic. Total Disgrace and no accountability.
