The steep tea was cold when I asked it was from a fresh pot they said yes. I opened the lid the color of tea was brownish vs pinkish that indicates tea was sitting in the pot.
When I looked over the counter they started a new pot which means my cup was the last one sitting there for longer than it should’ve.

This was second location I got stake steep tea this morning.
I think Tim Hortons should come up with a better process to discard older tea so fresh is served to customer as promised by the brand.

Very important thing , I'm a former tim Hortons employee, you are supposed to brew steep tea fully before serving customer. Guy poured steep tea halfway while brewing and served me . I told them tea won't taste good, but still they are not ready to listen.mangaer or head office should look in to this.

Good food but the people serving it say your order number so quietly you can barely hear it. I have a hearing impairment and this is not very accessible to me when they’re quietly saying my number

Okay, so is a French Vanilla Double Double an alien concept? The people here at Tim Hortons Onroute in Mallorytown don’t know what that is! And the rep made me a coffee that just tastes awful. She didn’t know what’s a double double! Wow! What world are we living in? If it’s a brand that they’re representing, why can’t they be trained to serve on the same level? Why don’t the reps know what the products are that Tim Hortons is selling everywhere else? So disappointing!

The lady at front in evening was so rude and unprofessional. She denied to serve me pizza or wrap without even checking. But there was a guy at back , who made me pizza when she said they don’t have it. Management needs to improve their staff.

Tim Hortons staff was complacent. Not changing gloves in between preparations. Watched my food sit on a table for 15 minutes before being prepared in a microwave while staff made orders for other people. When another customer mentioned the glove change policy the employee yelled at the customer. This is by far the most inept staff of tim hortons I have ever encountered. Almost 20 minutes to get my order in a relatively non busy time. Most of staff walking around on phones and laptops not communicating and ignoring one another.

Extremely slow serving staff especially at the subway. Staff seem to be trying to do too many jobs at once! Waited ages to be served and we only had a short time before we had to leave. Food was okay but need to speed up.
