Second time in 3 months we stopped at this location in Kingston and the wait is one hour .It's a rest stop but more can be done to give better and faster service.I will walk with my thermos next time.

We ordered Large steeped tea triple triple- our regular order from any tims but it tasted so weird from here and we informed the girl Rajvir who prepared the drink. She was so rude and wasn’t ready to accept that it tasted different. Never experienced such an attitude from any tims before any issues. Then she told us to wait to prepare another one as a new batch was in brewing. I don’t know whats wrong with this place - is it the preparation issue or they not brewing upto Tim Hortons standard, the drink was not tasting proper even second time. We didn’t bother to complaint as that girl ‘s behaviour was irritating. So disappointing- losing the tims culture and taste.

Coffee was very weak and did not taste like coffee and my breakfast sandwich had a piece of egg shell, about a third of a half shell. Not just a little piece! Most Tim Hortons are acceptable, but the food and drink at this one were not to my liking at all!

I believe the Tim's at the 401 enRoute in Mallorytown waters down the coffee to make an extra buck (I've heard tales of this but never experienced it) Normally I enjoy a dark roast BUT I normally go to the one at Hunt Club and Lorry Greenberg in Ottawa. After the purchase I took 2 sips and tossed it in the trash walked over to the Starbucks and got a Pikes Place, basically cost me $6 but so worth it. Please if y'all need a coffee just go to the Starbucks or drive to Ottawa lol.
PS sorry Lorry Greenberg Tim's if I mistakenly gave you a bad review you guys are fine.

I left without ordering.
Its worse every visit.
This time there had to be 12 people waiting for coffee, another 8 in line waiting to order.
Every employee was new to Canada. No hatered, just disappointed.
It's good to have Tim Horton on the road.

Visited on Aug 27 2025. The guy at the cashier was rude and unprofessional. He asked me to line up on the right side after he served the people in front of me. We were lining up right in front of him, thinking this was the proper line as there was no other queue at that time. He served the first people in the 'wrong queue' and on my turn i had to go line up elsewhere. I explained i was lining up believing this was the correct one as there were people in front of me which he served. He wouldn't comment on the previous people or want to hear anything, he only insisted i go line up at the back of the 'corect' queue or he wouldn't serve me. Luckily the first people in the right line had seen that I was there before them and allowed me to check out.
Their line up wasn't well defined and he wasn't even interested in making it correct!
No customer service and unprofessional.

The steep tea was cold when I asked it was from a fresh pot they said yes. I opened the lid the color of tea was brownish vs pinkish that indicates tea was sitting in the pot.
When I looked over the counter they started a new pot which means my cup was the last one sitting there for longer than it should’ve.
This was second location I got stake steep tea this morning.
I think Tim Hortons should come up with a better process to discard older tea so fresh is served to customer as promised by the brand.
Very important thing , I'm a former tim Hortons employee, you are supposed to brew steep tea fully before serving customer. Guy poured steep tea halfway while brewing and served me . I told them tea won't taste good, but still they are not ready to listen.mangaer or head office should look in to this.
