This is a complete disgrace, there is no such employee, it's a terrible job. They couldn't make an ice latte in half an hour.

Stopped by on August 10, 2025 around 1pm for some coffee and a pastry. Wife stood in line to order about 15-20 minutes. We waitied over 4-7 minutes for our order to be handed out to us; one large latte and a muffin. Staff were chatting as they walked from one counter to another. Cash person was making drinks and then decided to help another person, leaving the only cash taking order unmanned for about 10 minutes while other staff were just walking by seeing how the line was not moving. Then they place the bill holding of the cash machines on the sandwich making station. Self-serve machine not working. Do not waste time here.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 box of Timbits and a chicken soup.
Everything cames expected except the soup. It was at best luck warm. Brought it back to the counter where they offered to microwave it which I declined so they refunded me. At least the service was up.

Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. It took over 20 minutes for Prameet to make my breakfast sandwich. My fiancée got tired of waiting, walked over to A&W, bought a full breakfast plate, and was already halfway through her meal before I even received my order. There was absolutely no urgency from Prameet, even though multiple customers were clearly waiting for their breakfast sandwiches. This level of service is unacceptable—especially during a busy morning rush. Definitely not coming back to this location

They are quick to make orders incorrectly and don’t apologize for the mistake and then quickly fix the issue without cooking the pizza correctly and not adding the sauce and cheese. The employees need to be shown how the Tim Horton pizza is at other Tim Horton locations

Tea was correct. Water with lots of ice was 5 ice chips that melted before exiting the building. I asked for more ice the guy rolled his eyes at me and didn't give anymore.
Two Boston creams were squished into one bag. I had to ask for a tray as well..
