Stop hiring new canadians. They don't have sufficiant language to work in public jobs. They leave your mobile order on the counter without calling

The customer service is poor, with staff consisting of untrained Indian students. They often speak and argue with each other in their native language, which is unprofessional, especially in front of customers. Additionally, loud Punjabi music was playing in the back room, and it could be clearly heard, adding to the unprofessional environment.

I've stopped going to Tim Hortons for some time now but my girlfriend wanted to get something from there on our way to Quebec. Service was incredibly slow and employees did not seem motivated.
Terrible customer service!
Terrible service, disorganized and slow. Waited over 20 mins for a coffee and a bagel only to get it cold. If you’re thinking of stopping here for Tim’s, don’t.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The most garbage timmies we’ve ever been to. Coffee was old and not even hot. French vanilla was watered down. ONRoutes are more pricey than local franchise restaurants such as Tim’s so to pay a luxury price for garbage coffee and then to be stuck with it for a long drive is so annoying. Please close down this Tims or replace all the workers.

Do not visit this Tim Hortons!!! The food was not good and had very small portions. The service was even worse. After ordering at one of the kiosks, we were informed by the staff that they did not have Ice Capps. However, they did not immediately offer a refund and after asking, they said that they can replace our Ice Capp with a single iced coffee -- which is much cheaper. Only after further inquires, did they offer to make two coffees (which comes closer to the price of a single Iced Capp). The attitude of the staff was also terrible: we heard one member blatantly disrespecting an elderly customer who had asked a simple question. Finally, the Tim Hortons is also very dirty. One of the staff members stood on the counter where they serve you food in her socks and no one thought to clean or wipe the counter afterwards.

Disgusting imbeciles! I ate two Timbits before I noticed hair all over them. That’s not even the worst part. The lady before me spilled her hot tea everywhere, and the employee put my Timbits on the spilled tea. The box was soaked through, and I had to ask and plead for her to get me a new one. My drink was made with too much syrup. DON’T EVER EAT HERE. The health department should address this abomination.

Terrible service waited 15 mins for 1 sandwich
I ordered a cappuccino and watched as an imbecile rubbed his snot all over his hands and forearms, then proceeded to prepare my drink!
Which needless to say I just dropped in the trash on the way out!
One young lady seemed to know what service was, but was overwhelmed!
