Order and paid for baileys Boston cream donut. The employee only gave me a coffee without saying anything. After asking for my donut she said they didn't have and I had to insist to give me what I paid for.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I ordered 4 French vanilla and asked for a tray and she went to the other corner and ended up saying bad words about me and other customer who asked for tissue papers. I could understand because we speak same language. It’s common sense that you are supposed to give a tray with 4 coffees and tissues with food. She was super rude.

Was very sceptical because of the ratings, but was pleasantly surprised. Very helpful, generous and friendly staff. Normal food for a Tim’s. Wait time was average. They forgot to order our coffee, though.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and requested no bacon for both... Opened up the food and both had bacon. The workers remade the order, only for us to find hair in one of the new sandwiches... Additionally, they were out of plain and everything bagels at 9am on a Thursday + they were not ready to serve hashbrowns (they wanted us to wait 15mins). Oh and the food tastes like plastic...
