Our recent visit to Angelina was dissapointing in terms of food quality. We were a group of six, and the restaurant was busy. We ordered the fish special on the menu. The fish was overcooked, with poor seasoning. The accompanying vegetables, especially beets were stale. For the amount charged, we had wxpected better quality of food. We will likely give this restaurant a pass in the future.

Had lunch today at Angelinas. I am a regular there and the food is always astonishing. Went to celebrate my birthday with the family for lunch.
From the appetizers, we had the calamari and fries, both were delicious. Then came the two margarita pizzas. For myself I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and asked for extra shrimps which I didn’t know how much it would be. That being said I didn’t expect it to be a remarkable amount for only 3 pieces of shrimp. When it came to the bill, to my surprise, it was an 18 dollar surcharge for the 3 shrimps.
Honestly, it’s quite unacceptable and frankly, for that sole reason I’ll be less of a regular and explore different places. It’s a matter of principle and no matter how good the food was, it doesn’t justify 18$ extra for 3 pieces of shrimp. Yes, some say I should have asked first but it’s not the first time I add shrimps to an Alfredo and it’s nowhere near 18$.
Anyway, the food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful but the 18$ surcharge for 3 pieces of shrimp is something that leaves a bitter taste. Cheers as always.

Sent family a gift certificate for this place for a birthday and they absolutely loved it. They said the food was incredible, the service was excellent and they can't wait to go back. Glad I picked them!

We had a lovely dinner. Our group ordered the lobster ravioli, Luca tortellini, rigatoni al bosco, and the sea bass. Special compliments to chef Luca for the tortellini special. Everything was delicious. Definitely recommend.

A good restaurant serving delicious food. My only note is that the portions are somewhat small.

First time at Angelina’s tonight. It was an experience not just a meal. From the hostess, wait staff and the chef’s it was a great atmosphere and well polished. The Rigatoni Al Bosco and Luca’s Tortellini were the favourites! Definitely returning. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the experience last night was very disappointing. The chef did not seem to be the same as usual and the food had a terrible taste and was also served very late. On top of that, there were several birthday setups with loud birthday music, which was extremely annoying and made it hard to enjoy the evening. Overall, not the quality or atmosphere we expected.

Very disappointing experience.
This place presents itself as a pretentious Italian restaurant, but what we got for $50 was nowhere near the expectation.
The Margherita was basically a thick layer of tomato paste on bread. Completely unbalanced — all the money clearly went into the tomatoes. No fresh basil leaf in sight (seriously, not even one), barely any cheese, and zero finesse. A Margherita should be about simplicity and balance — this was neither.
The Giardino was edible and even somewhat tasty, but calling it a pizza is a stretch. It felt more like a Domino’s-style flatbread, not an Italian pizza you’d expect from a place with such a menu and pricing.
When a restaurant charges premium prices and markets itself as upscale, expectations are higher. In this case, Domino’s would honestly have been more satisfying.
You can eat it, but it’s not pizza — and definitely not worth the price.
