First time at Riverbend pub and I can honestly say it will be the LAST!!!!This was the most disgusting food I’ve had. I’m glad I only placed a small order as all the food went into the compost bin. What an absolute waste of $35Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Ordered chicken balls, rice, ribs, chicken chow mein, etc. for takeout. The chicken balls had very little meat on them, mostly batter, and didn't taste very fresh. The ribs were OK. The chicken chow mein was OK. The rice was heated up leftovers. The red sauce was watery and weak. Overall the food was not very good, frankly. But it was relatively cheap. I won't eat there again. I didn't finish my meal. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the egg rolls.

Helen’s egg rolls are absolutely amazing!!! I mean next level crave worthy!! I tried my first Riverbend egg roll tonight after years of my husband raving about them!!We were In the Osgoode area and near TheRiverbend, “Helens Place” as I know it. Roy asked do you want some egg roll? I honestly don’t always like them so I hesitantly answered okay.I have now changed my mind!! These egg rolls are amazing!! I mean I have never tasted anything like this before, the crunch, the savoury flavour of the inside! Top it all off with the best plum sauce I have ever tasted!! There is just something about these that leave you craving more and more!!!

A hole in the wall pub usually serves great food, and this place is no exception. Delicious food. We're definitely coming back.*Edit* I have returned multiple times and the food was always great, but I don't like the look I get when I don't tip. In fact, last time I was there I'm pretty sure I got a bare minimum of chicken when I ordered the usual (combo 9).Still great and delicious food, but service needs work and a reminder that a tip is a gratuity, not an expectation.
