Vanilla iced coffee is not supposed to be made with hot coffee. For the 3rd time I’m throwing my Luke warm gross coffee away. Today I also ordered a Tim bacon club… no bacon available I’m told at the microphone. Then at the window … oh we don’t have any rolls either so we made you a turkey on a wrap and charged me the same thing. This is the last time .

Went today to get 2 coffees and a toasted bagel with butter.
When did Tim’s stop cutting bagels? Also huge glob of butter not even on the bagel. The wrapper had questionable food all over it. Likely from the orders before. I could get past all that but the coffees didn’t even have the correct amount of cream in them. It’s like they ran out and gave us what they had. I didn’t even drink mine. Such a waste. I find the quality of Tim Hortons going down slowly. I won’t be back to this one. I’ll support locally in Manotick instead like I should have been to start with

Worst Tims ever. Pretty obvious they prepare the food very differently including my favourite classic chicken wrap. Hygiene is also a big concern. Will avoid at all costs.

This location has got to be the most inconsistent store in the city for beverages. They can’t make a café mocha to save their life. It’s -20 out in their machine that makes the frozen quenchers is liquid most of the time. Depending on the time of day, the service might be slow but their food I would give it a seven out of 10.

One of the only drive thrus in the area. The bigger lady running the drive thru rushed my food out. When questioned on the food quality not matching what was ordered, she played coy and provided pretty terrible customer service. Making it seem like it was my fault. If the customer is paying for food, they should be getting what they ask for. 0/5
