Went in at 7:30 pm and the worker in front was very rude , she told me the total and as I’m counting my cash to pay the cashier repeatedly kept telling me my total repeatedly as if she’s in a hurry and started giving me attitude when I asked for a sauce , I mentioned to her that her behaviour isn’t friendly and she said it’s all good I don’t care . I have been a Bamiyan costumer for years and this has been the worst experience I have had at any of the locations. Managers need to check the way workers are interacting with costumers

I’ve been a Bamiyan Kabob customer for over 20 years! I used to visit the Mississauga Dixie Road location every week, then the North York (Keele) location — and ever since the Maple location opened, it has been my go-to spot.
Today (October 6, 2025, around 1:30–2:00 PM), I had another fantastic experience at the Maple branch. The cashier Ana and the cook Uzair provided absolutely excellent customer service. They’ve both been working there for a long time, and every time I see them, it truly makes me happy — they always greet customers with kindness, professionalism, and a smile.
Also, a big shoutout to the gentleman making the naan — he’s been there for years and always does an amazing job. His naan is fresh, soft, and perfect every single time.
These three people — Ana, Uzair, and the naan maker — make the Maple Bamiyan Kabob location feel like home. Their service, friendliness, and consistency are beyond words.
