I have been visiting the store for many years. Today, I ordered tandoori dinner with no rice and just salad and said I will pay for the full price. Thirty minutes later, when I got home I was surprised to see that there was half rice and NO salad . I called the store and the team was VERY rude including the manager called Lina. They offered me to come back in this weather to get the salad despite knowing that I live 30 minutes away or to come back tomorrow to get the salad. How can I eat my salad tomorrow with no protein? I asked them for full refund because now they ruined my dinner . They were yelling at me and even went as far as to hang up one me and my daughter before even finishing the call. By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Management has definitely changed because they all used to be wonderful and nice. Avoid this place now at all costs!!!!!

This place is a disaster. The service is consistently awful and even the Manager(Lina) was unprofessional, and completely lacking in any customer care. It’s clear they have no regard for their customers or their time. Every experience here has been frustrating and disappointing. There are far better options out there, so do yourself a favour and avoid this place. It’s not worth the hassle.
Food's great. Staff is great. Service is great. They just don't take credit card and have continuously increased their prices.
