I have been visiting the store for many years. Today, I ordered tandoori dinner with no rice and just salad and said I will pay for the full price. Thirty minutes later, when I got home I was surprised to see that there was half rice and NO salad . I called the store and the team was VERY rude including the manager called Lina. They offered me to come back in this weather to get the salad despite knowing that I live 30 minutes away or to come back tomorrow to get the salad. How can I eat my salad tomorrow with no protein? I asked them for full refund because now they ruined my dinner . They were yelling at me and even went as far as to hang up one me and my daughter before even finishing the call. By far the WORST customer service Iāve ever received. Management has definitely changed because they all used to be wonderful and nice. Avoid this place now at all costs!!!!!

This place is a disaster. The service is consistently awful and even the Manager(Lina) was unprofessional, and completely lacking in any customer care. Itās clear they have no regard for their customers or their time. Every experience here has been frustrating and disappointing. There are far better options out there, so do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Itās not worth the hassle.

As the daughter of a long-time customer, Iām honestly beyond disappointed with how my family was treated today. Weāve been loyal to this restaurant for years, but after this experience, I canāt see us returning. My mom called ahead to order a tandoori dinner with no rice and just saladāsomething sheās asked for before. The woman on the phone said she understood, but when we got home, the plate was completely wrongāhalf filled with rice and no salad. My mom canāt eat rice, so the meal was essentially inedible. We called back to ask for a refund, and the lady was beyond rude. She actually hung up on us and refused to acknowledge the mistake, even though it was THEIR fault. Her āsolutionā was for us to bring the food back the next day for a refund, but we live far away(which she knew) āhow ridiculous is that? Itās a waste of time and food. Itās clear the service here has taken a major dive, and Iām honestly shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff has become. We used to love this place, but not anymore. Iāll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away from here.

Was here some time ago and really enjoyed, food was tasty and portions are very big and tasty. It is good interior inside with Afghani national paintings. It was my first experience eating Afghani national food and I can say for sure that it worth that and I will come back when Iāll be there other day

ordered lunch from this place today. nice and professional lady in the front, can't say the same for those in the back. chicken kabob was over salted and didn't get exactly what i ordered. Food lack that special buzz compared to the other locations. Next time will make the trip to their Richmond Hill or other south locations.

Terrible customer service ruined everythingā¦ Linda was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which put me in such a bad mood that I completely lost my appetite (something that almost never happens because I usually love eating). Her behavior was unacceptable and made the entire visit unpleasant. I wonāt be coming back, and Iāll make sure to let others know to avoid this place. Itās a shame that one employeeās attitude can damage the reputation of an entire restaurantā¦
