Everything about Pollo Loco is amazing - the food, the staff, the atmosphere. It has been my family’s favourite for years - we’ve planned trips to Vaughan just to get it! The owner is the kindest and the environment is so welcoming. Absolutely will always recommend!
Best Portuguese chicken in Vaughan!
Got the half chicken with rice and potatoes and it was such a filling and yummy meal! The chicken was a bit dry at some parts but the sauce and the spices in the rice made up for it. I wouldn’t come here just to try it but if you’re in the area and looking for a decently priced and yummy meal definitely check it out!

Pollo Loco Churrasqueria is a popular spot known for its delicious chicken dishes and hospitable service. The restaurant offers flavorful chicken options, including full and half chickens with sauces like loco and chimichurri, as well as sides like potato and rice. Their Portuguese chicken, in particular, is praised for being perfectly grilled, bursting with flavor, and juicy, complemented by a smoky piri-piri marinade. The sides are fresh and well-seasoned, and the hot sauce has received high marks.
While there is no dine-in seating, the friendly service and warm atmosphere add to the overall experience. Customers have described the food as good in quantity and quality, with some noting the chicken can be a bit thin and dry. However, the majority of reviews highlight the amazing flavors, great service, and welcoming staff, making Pollo Loco Churrasqueria a must-visit for chicken lovers.
