I actually drive 20 km from my home just to eat here, even though I have three Pizza Pizza locations within a 5 km radius of where I live. That says a lot. The difference in taste and quality is worth every kilometer.

I just walked in into one of those fastfood branches and got best possible chicken which was ready instantly. I had to try it once more for the sake of science. Make sure to pay attention to what you're ordering and to keep an eye out for the chili logo; the regular fried chicken was spicy, which was a awesome surprise cause I usually ask for spicy. “Gabrielle service is top tier! Warm and welcoming, the food was fresh, served promptly. The only major issue I have from a guests perspective that would make this a better dining experience is to ELIMINATE these wasteful and fidgety take out sauce containers?! Even the ketchup being served this way and every single sauce not to mention the stress this puts on service when you want more ketchup.. the labour and cost of plastic containers is incredibly wasetful and adds unnecessary stress on staff and guests. I’m choosing to come in so why am I being served in “to-go” containers. Please reevaluate the wasteful /harmful plastics and the stress its adds collectively on staff and guests. Thank you! “Didn’t like this location at all even though it’s the closest store to my residence and would often travel to further locations I.E. Marlee or Sheppard locations because they Avenue Rd location were very cheap with toppings, had poor customer service, would screw up orders and would violate HACCP rules with respect to washing hands before touching food. Now since employee Srikanth Gundeti is at this Avenue Rd location I have seen a noticeable improvement I.E. Employees no longer violate HACCP rules, better customer service, orders not screwed up, and now better quality made pizzas that me and my family enjoy. People underestimate how bad, lazy employees and who often violate HACCP rules can ruin the customer service experience!“
