They close the store an hour and half earlier cause the employees didn’t want to work when I asked why the manger yelled at me horrible experience, all employees were very unprofessional the manger has no understanding of how to deal with people they were forcing me to buy something I didn’t want

Today I took my wife to have our lunch there, we went inside was very cold we left immediately. So to whom it may concern please inform the management to warm up the restaurant little bit. My best regards.

Extremely Rude staff & unhygienic practice. Ordered Zinger & Fries. Took them 25 mins for such a small order & when asked staff (Indian girl with Glasses) responded that they have other orders too however store was empty except couple of customers. All u can see the Staff giggling & checking their phones. Also packing staff were handling food without gloves & thread around their wrist touching food which made me very uncomfortable. When finally received the order no ketchup or napkins were inside the bag & upon asking staff was making weird face.. Absolutely No customer service was taught to the Staff. Manager should be accountable for such work ethics. Never going back to this location & Head office should seriously consider fixing this up..
