Oh my goodness. This is the place to experience food at its best. Local as well as food grown on the their own property. It is transformed into wonderful dishes that you have to experience to believe.

The food was incredibly flavorful while somehow seeming simple and complex at the same time. Plating was beautiful. Flavors and quality are all there. Service was top notch. The pace of the courses was perfect, and the selection for the wine tasting was excellent. You're not just getting dinner, you're getting a culinary experience. Joel and Hannah of Sumac + Salt provided the most amazing meal in my home to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was hands down the best meal we have ever had! So fresh and flavourful! It made for an incredible experience and evening! If you’re ever looking for top notch food and incredible food, Sumac + Salt is a definite must!
