Really good!

That woman at the cashier is rude and unpleasant, food is good but service from that woman makes us not wanting to return ever to this place.

First time visiting Pacific Mall and found this place — the shaomai and wonton are truly authentic, just like in Shanghai. The staff were very hospitable, and the taste felt like a homecoming for any Shanghainese. A must-try!

Really authentic and traditional Shanghai dim sum!

Very delicious exactly what you can get in Shanghai.

The owner is very nice and decent.

The only drawback is the environment of the food court is not so pleasant and they can’t offer my favorite Shanghai noodles as they do in another store.

Overall, it wasn't bad. I had the Sticky Rice Red Beans and Dates. I've been wanting to try a red bean stick rice and I'm so glad I got it here - it wasn't overly sweet or overly bland. For me, it was the right amount of sweetness - I'm not a big fan of very sweet dessert, so if you like sweet things, this sticky rice is not for you. I found out the dates are in the center 😀. I was slightly disappointed with the Shanghainese Meat Balls - it wasn't flavorful, like I've had at another place that was a large restaurant. These Meat Balls only had a single, flat flavor - unfortunately, I'm not certain what it is, but if I had to guess, I would say a strong garlic taste.

Great, authentic Shanghai cuisine! Savoring a hearty wonton soup paired with meaty Shaomai is the ultimate experience for chilly winter days. The shop is located on the second floor inside heritage town - took me a while to find it, but it’s absolutely worth the effort.

It did take them a little bit to make it, but watching them make the dumplings was amazing, and entertaining to watch. having the Shanghai Pork and Bamboo Shaomai for dinner :)
