I was quite worried after reading past reviews, but the dine-in experience was pretty good, and the signature beef offal was delicious and the portions were generous.

Disappointed, I took out ? The ginger and vinegar are so small that you won’t believe it. 2 pieces are so thin and sweet. The price is higher than many pieces. It’s not delicious. I ordered Zuoya Pei Lemon. It’s delicious but the same as Zhang Xiang’s big cup. But For the same price as the very thin cup, I can drink bubble tea with the same price and a larger cup. You guys don’t believe Zhang Xiang, I watch Du Tinghao. I’ll try YouTube first. I’ll be disappointed and never go back.

You would think that Markham and Scarborough are cities now and that there would be many late night joints to get a good bite after 12am. Are you ever wrong! We came back from the airport and the only thing in close proximity that was opened past 12am was Yin Ji. I was shocked myself. Luckily the food here is excellent and never misses a beat.We ordered our usual seafood congee and pork and century egg congee. Both congees were flavourful and fluffy like it should be from a congee restaurant. We also ordered their truffle mushroom rice roll. I do not think I have ever ordered this before. The mushroom roll is good but the truffle can be overpowering. I could see why some people enjoy this. It was not bad but I would probably opt for shrimp and chives next time.Overall though, I had a great experience. This will remain on my list of great food in Markham.

Staff wore a mask and nitrile gloves.Ordering was done on a scrap piece of paper along with a paper picture menu.Started off with the shrimp rice noodle roll and it was mediocre. Although the rice noodles were rather thin, the shrimp were tiny and not super fresh...bummer.Moved on to the beef brisket lo mien and it was also mediocre. The lo mien was a generous portion and the beef brisket was very lean...Washrooms were compact and only featured cold water at the sink... The dust bin was overflowing...~$15/head after tax and gratuity. Cash only after midnight.

Loved that this was our first meal, we landed late and there weren't much options. The congee and rice noodles were honestly better than expected, the food still tasted fresh at 11pm. I also loved their HK milk tea was served in a bowl of shaved ice to keep it cold without diluting it
There is one fav thing I like about this restaurant's rice noodle roll is that you can add extra toppings, because some don't offer. Have not tried the congee yet but plan to :D

The only disadvantage is "no restroom". Bull miscellaneous noodle tastes very good. Curry bull miscellaneous rice also tastes very delicious. Beef fry rice noodle only availabe between 1pm -5pm. Spicy oil is homemade, spicy than all other restaurants. Only 5 tables.
