My children recently called to order a set plate with 60 pieces of sushi rolls and assorted sashimi. Since they only eat salmon sashimi, they asked if the sashimi portion could be all salmon. Your staff confirmed this request, but did not mention that there would be an additional charge.
When we picked up the order, we were surprised to find that a surcharge had been added for the special request. The cost itself is not an issue, but the way it was handled was disappointing. We believe any additional charges should be clearly communicated at the time of the order, especially when confirming special requests.

Our family has been to this restaurant for many years, we love the sushi there. But we had a horrible experience with the front desk lady, she was literally yelling at customer when we asked her a simple question. I don't understand why she has to show that most impolite and rude attitude when she works in a customer service position, we will never go back to Ai sushi as long as she is still around ,the most terrible cashier we've ever seen!

I personally had a great experience here at AiSushi!! I got the spicy tuna poke bowl and the 6pc philadelphia rolls, and both were so fresh, filling and delicious. I dined in and the service was great. The place is small (since its mainly for takeout) but cute and clean. I will definitely return, tysm!!!:)

We used to be regular patrons of this sushi restaurant, but after our most recent experience, we are sure to never return. We visited as a party of three adults and one 6-year-old child who, like many children his age, does not eat sushi. We brought a small meal from another restaurant for him so he wouldn’t be left hungry while the rest of us dined. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived as it was close to closing time, yet the (only) woman working there refused without an ounce of empathy, to allow our son to quietly eat his food with us.
We understand that outside food policies exist, but there is a difference between enforcing a rule and demonstrating basic human decency. This was a clear opportunity for understanding and kindness, especially considering we were paying customers and the restaurant had no other guests. Instead, we were met with coldness and inflexibility.
To avoid making my son feel left out, I took him to the car and we ate our meals there, the two remaining adults were rushed through their dining experience. With 15 minutes left until closing, the same woman began sweeping aggressively under their table; clearly trying to usher them out before they were even finished.
This experience was not only disappointing but downright disrespectful. We left feeling unwelcome, frustrated, and saddened by the lack of compassion shown to a hungry child and a family that had previously supported this business.
We won’t be back, and we’ll be sure to take our money elsewhere where customers are respected and treated with decency.

White tuna is not fresh. Also their website says a dish is $18+ tax (CASH ONLY) but when I arrived they charged me $24.
I ended up throwing half of this food out. What a waste of money and time.
Avoid at all cost!

Have not taste the food yet, but the staff's attitude is not very welcome. The place is not busy on Sunday at 1pm, the cashier already give a not so welcome attitude if you pay debit. Also I order sashimi only, it is slower then 3 California rolls.😞😞
