We used to be regular patrons of this sushi restaurant, but after our most recent experience, we are sure to never return. We visited as a party of three adults and one 6-year-old child who, like many children his age, does not eat sushi. We brought a small meal from another restaurant for him so he wouldn’t be left hungry while the rest of us dined. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived as it was close to closing time, yet the (only) woman working there refused without an ounce of empathy, to allow our son to quietly eat his food with us.
We understand that outside food policies exist, but there is a difference between enforcing a rule and demonstrating basic human decency. This was a clear opportunity for understanding and kindness, especially considering we were paying customers and the restaurant had no other guests. Instead, we were met with coldness and inflexibility.
To avoid making my son feel left out, I took him to the car and we ate our meals there, the two remaining adults were rushed through their dining experience. With 15 minutes left until closing, the same woman began sweeping aggressively under their table; clearly trying to usher them out before they were even finished.
This experience was not only disappointing but downright disrespectful. We left feeling unwelcome, frustrated, and saddened by the lack of compassion shown to a hungry child and a family that had previously supported this business.
We won’t be back, and we’ll be sure to take our money elsewhere where customers are respected and treated with decency.

White tuna is not fresh. Also their website says a dish is $18+ tax (CASH ONLY) but when I arrived they charged me $24.
I ended up throwing half of this food out. What a waste of money and time.

Have not taste the food yet, but the staff's attitude is not very welcome. The place is not busy on Sunday at 1pm, the cashier already give a not so welcome attitude if you pay debit. Also I order sashimi only, it is slower then 3 California rolls.😞😞

No idea how the food would be as they dont accept debit for anything under 10 dollars / I heard the staff there talking in the back in canto which then when I ask sth about the menu in canto at cash, the lady who obviously was speaking in canto now only knows english and replying only in English. I dont know where the attitude comes from, maybe coz I have a small appetite and only want to order a sushi roll to take out?
It turnsout I bought sth from fried chicken at next door, spent 20 dollars on somewhere else with no attitude.
Assorted sashimi party trays are very fresh and good pricing. Ordered multiple times.

Not friendly to anyone with allergy, we called to order and told them we have allergy, they said you can pay extra to change, otherwise, we cannot accommodate your request, even we ask them to take away the shrimp, they hang up the phone after. Super rude.

Started buying when COVID started and back then there was still a discount for when you payed with cash and you could pay with card and we supported the store like basically every week until now. Bought it again today and store owner said that they never gave cash discount and only excepted cash and the thing is that they said that they have kept this for over 10 years. They charged cash today and even put tax price in with the already very expensive bill. The question is that why only let us pay cash not card while putting tax price...
