Haven't had Ajisen in a while so I thought to give them a try again. Sadly was disappointed. Noodles were overcooked and mushy and soup was VERY oily. Service was quite slow considering there were only 2 tables (one of them being my table) when we ordered.

There is not much of an experience here, small quaint place with Dark Interior and Low Light.
Food is Okay! Very Salty Miso Broth.. no Seafood choices except Shrimp, which was mostly crunchy skin.
Overall.. 3.5 Star

My family and I always go to this and their Kennedy location.
Service is always quick and friendly.
Food quality is always consistent.
We always order the tender pork ramen and the steak ramen. Soooo good especially in the cold winter months.
