Authentic, comforting, and packed with flavor!
If you’re looking for a soul-warming Korean meal, this is the spot. We ordered the Al-tang (Pollock Roe Stew) and the Gamja-tang (Pork Bone Soup), and both were outstanding.
• The Food: The Al-tang was incredibly generous with the roe—perfectly cooked and soaking up that rich, spicy broth. The Pork Bone Soup was equally impressive, with tender meat that fell right off the bone and a deep, savory base.
• The Banchan: A great variety of side dishes (the fish cakes and glass noodles were personal favorites) that tasted fresh and homemade.
Also ordered the fried chicken with rice cake. The sauce is just right!

Like their raw shrimps and pork belly dish. It's a little spicy than other places but not by a lot.

We went here for lunch, the meat was delicious and flavourful, the banchan and purple rice were good. Service was standard but had to flag down the server to get our bill. Prices were similar to other Korean restaurants but the amount of meat we got was less. It was really delicious but don’t think we will come back again unless it’s for convenience due to the location of it.

The Korean crab and shrimp dish was definitely a unique experience. The seafood tasted fresh, and the marinade had that bold, savory-sweet flavor you’d expect from authentic Korean seasoning. The texture was interesting and different from what I’m used to, which made it fun to try. The side dishes were great, the tofu soup was tasty, and the service was excellent.

The food was great. Felt there should be more waitress; meal toke long and we had to wait to pay as well.

I ordered the beef kalgusuk, pork bone soup and spring onikn chicken.
The beef kalgusuk was 8/10, flavor soup and piping hot. Pork bone soup was tasty and full value with 4 pcs. Banchan very tasty especially the dried Pollock. In terms of service, the staff were very nice but they were understaffed hence the 3/5.

This is 5 out of 5 stars and one of the best Korean restaurants we have visited in Markham. We highly recommend this restaurant. We ordered pork katsudon, bibimbap and both were tasty and full of flavor. The sauce kicked it up a notch and was perfect. Meals come with 6 side dishes including marinated glass noodles, cucumber, broccoli, kimchi, fish tofu and another. All were very good. Their fried dumpling was also very good.
The price is very reasonable and the serving size was commensurate.
The staff is what makes this restaurant great and above many other places because everyone was polite, helpful, customer focused and professional.
Thank you very much to the amazing staff Seungho, Yongju and Modae. We will definitely be back for the great service.
