I pass by Baben Sushi during my commute home almost every day and I finally had the opportunity to try it out! I ordered an assorted party tray online and came by after work to pick it up. It's located very discreetly off of the road and shares the space with the bakery. The plaza itself is not very busy, but you may have a hard time getting back to the road.The workers were very nice but I don't think they spoke English fluently - they seemed kind of shy. The taste is average, but the fish scales of one sashimi were not cleaned. I guess there were too many orders on the weekend and I couldn't guarantee the quality of every order. As raw food is made in front of customers, the hygienic environment is difficult to reassure.
