Very small portion sizes. They had a new employee serve me (which seems like that’s the norm every time I visit now) and the portion for a full sized bowl was half of what I get at other barburritos. Can’t tell if it’s improper staff training or cheap management but this is not the first time I’ve gotten skimped out on a bowl at this location.

hate this place! there is a worker called joel and he comments on customers weight. so disgusting. he thought I couldn’t understand when he was speaking in another language to the other worker abt me, but I did and it was so rude. never going back here. FIRE JOEL!!

I recently ordered a bean burrito bowl and was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff.
The vegetables were clearly not fresh—especially the tomatoes and red onions, which looked dry and slightly discolored, as shown in the picture I took. When I brought it up to the staff, instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, I was told it was because they were “getting close to closing time.”
That excuse doesn’t hold up. I got my order at 7:00 PM—a full two hours before their 9:00 PM closing time. That’s no excuse for serving old or poor-quality ingredients.
As someone who has worked in a burrito shop for over 2 years, I know the difference between fresh prep and lazy shortcuts. This was clearly the latter.
Very disappointed. If you can’t maintain freshness during business hours, especially during dinner time, that says a lot about your standards. I won’t be coming back.

Horrible customer service. Completely confused our order and they made no efforts to fix their mistake. I told the employee, our daughter wouldn’t be able to eat it bc there were supposed to be different toppings on it and she was allergic. Employee didn’t even apologize or attempt to resolve his mistake, just said “oh.” Charged us extra for toppings we didn’t even want and we ended up having to dispose of half the order due to allergy. Looking back, we should have just left the food and gone elsewhere, but ended up having to pay for food we didn’t even want. What a bad experience.

The food is mediocre at best and pricey. I tried their burritos before, but I didn't really like that they don't have sweet potato like other burrito restaurants I've been to.

I ordered Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl and they are damn good at making this item. The portion was good enough for one person to eat. I also enjoyed the drink Jarritos along with my meal and the combination was like a blast of appetite. Mr. Nasim was the server who was really friendly and quick.

Ordered food through the app that was supposed to be ready at a particular time. I showed up 10 minutes later than the time mentioned and the food was still not ready for pickup. Quantities of ingredients put in my bowl were teaspoonfulls. They said they had run out of lettuce as well. POOR VALUE FOR MY MONEY.
