Came in for a quick bite and ordered a donburi bowl. Service from the staff was great friendly and helpful but really had an issues with the food. It's like a white washed version of Japanese food. The veggies was sautéed for 20 seconds even before the pan was hot so there's no flavour from the vegetables. The beef was some sort of mush beef and the only think I could taste is the teriyaki glaze which tasted like cane sugar and soy sauce.It's sad to see decent restaurant but the food sub par. If they improved the food thing it would be a okay place to grab fast food Japanese food.

I tried the Scorpion Stringer Roll at Bento and it was fantastic. The sushi quality is top-notch, and the service is warmly welcoming. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. The modern ambiance adds to the pleasant experience. Highly recommend Bento for a great sushi experience!

The quality of the ingredients are okay but theres too much rice on the sushi. The rice is also very mushy. If you look at the rice, theres a wet texture on them.

Worst bento sushi location! RACIST staff make sure to mess up your order if they don't like you. 2 of the staff members here are the issue.
The Chinese girl with glasses is especially rude, asked for chicken oodon noodles and she gave fish instead, when confronted about this she said "nope that's chicken"... even though it's a pink piece of fish.
Brown guy that's new there doesnt know how to prepare the food, adds seaweed to everything and is condescending.
Will be speaking to the corporate office about the clowns that work here. This location needs a staffing overhaul ASAP.
The only thing half decent here is the prepackaged sushi, and even that's a hit or miss most of the time.

The food is NOT authentic Bento style food. Ordered the Chicken Bento bowl and added shrimp. The chicken came out of a bowl full of hot water and placed on top the rice that soaked the rice with water. The shrimp was 2 pieces of breaded shrimp. Nothing authentic about the food and it had not taste. Save yourself a lot of $$. Plus, the paper container the food was placed it melted through in about 15 minutes. No forks I may add.

Don't come here!This restaurant does not care!! I ordered family dinner through Ubereats @12:40pm and reminded them to pick up between 5:30 and 6 pm. Nothing happened till 5:25 when my wife and son were already at their door to pick up, they noticed that the items were sold out. My son talked to them,they couldn't do anything but cancel my order because they would close @6pm! This is the way they trate their customers and do their job! My wife had to go super market and went home cooking. My whole family had to be starf till 8:30pm. Good for you guys. We will never ever come back!

I ubereated from this place and oh boy do I regret it! it tasted so bad I wanted to call Uber eats to get my money back because something doesn’t taste right. The seaweed salad in the sushi looked and tasted like it had gone bad. Not to mention that my food was cold everyplace that I order from my food is always hot and fresh expect for this place. I would give this a zero if I could!
